Reviewing this after better call saul. The show starts off good, but the beginning of each season tends to drag on at times. Walt becomes an unlikeable character pretty quickly which makes it harder to emphathize with him. That being said, there are many high highs in this show, and we are left with a very satisfying conclusion. Great show.

Amé odiar a cada acción y decisión de los personajes en la serie. Un nivel de detalle increíble y guión impecable. Tal vez lo único que no me gusta del todo es el final tan catártico de Walter. Todo le salió bien cuando en toda la seria mostraban que el camino criminal llevaba a un horrible final.

Breaking Bad is starting to become an old TV show at this point, but it is still regarded as one of the best, if not the best, long-format TV shows ever created, alongside maybe The Wire. And it deserves all the praise it has gotten over the years, Vince Gilligan absolutely "cooked" with this show.

Esta serie es la mejor que he visto en mi vida, es el ejemplo ideal de lo que es una gran serie. Sacaron a Brian Cranston el cual era un actor de comedia de su zona de confort e hizo el papel de su vida. El final es duro, pero sincero, refleja que a Walter al final no le mato su cancer sino su propio imperio derrumbándose sobre el. La mayoría de gente que dice que esta sobrevalorada o no se la ha visto o tiene el cerebro frito por necesidad de dopamina (me incluyo parcialmente en esto ya que la primera temporada se me atragantó bastante). Sin mucho mas que decir, una serie que marcó la televisión y mi percepción de lo que es una gran serie.

Best show of all time. Great acting, good pacing, great storyline. Worth a watch.

My Review – Breaking Bad – 10/10 I gave Breaking Bad a 10 out of 10 because it’s one of the most intense, smart, and compelling TV series ever made. The story of Walter White’s transformation from a mild-mannered teacher to a dangerous criminal is gripping from start to finish. The characters are complex and unforgettable, the writing is brilliant, and the tension constantly keeps you hooked. Every season builds perfectly on the last, and the show balances drama, suspense, and dark humor flawlessly. This is why Breaking Bad is a 10/10.

Do i really have to repeat what everybody else has said? Just trust me, watch it. It’s considered the greatest tv show of all time for good reason.

The most overrated show of all time. There are a BUNCH of new and old shows I would rate MUCH higher than this. I think the actors did great but the show has repetitive concepts and doesn’t add much outside of that. As the show gets deeper it becomes even harder to believe that a brilliant chemist could consistently have such poor judgement. By the end of it you forget how smart his character is supposed to be because he never acts like he’s brilliant.

This is the definition of pure cinema. It has a beautiful storie and characters like walter white, saul goodman and Jesse Pinkman you need to watch this 9/10

walter whites beard looks so itchy that it makes me want to give my first born to a witch in the forest who happens to look like Whoopi Goldberg. edit: it definitely is her and she keeps looking at my feet. along with that walters wife is so freaking annoying it makes me want to have anal sex with my cat. other than that it's pretty decent

The show’s structure, tone, and pacing are much closer to melodrama than serious drama. Once you strip away the pseudo-gritty aesthetic, you’re left with emotional manipulations, contrived twists, and cyclical character “resets”: all hallmarks of soap and sitcom writing. They just dressed it up with cinematic lighting and chemical glassware to make it feel profound. The number of improbable or impossible events reach extreme levels, the problem being that they are either key plot elements or plot twists. And all of these fall under basic scrutiny and moderate life experience. The elastic timeline and instant teleportation of characters is also a problem reflective of the poor narrative structure. Speaking of timeline, they introduce both pregnancy and a newborn in the series, and unfortunately, they didn’t know how to manage those because everyone is aware of the anchors automatically imposed. Which, for the observant viewer, throws the entire show upside down. The chemistry? Let’s put it simply, it’s the most uneducated, not researched part of the show, which ties with the soap and sitcom writing style adopted throughout the series. In total, there are less than 10 moments where the actors played believably and in a psychologically realistic manner. This project felt like a therapy through ego trip by proxy and there is one line that tells it all through the main character: “All the things that I did, I did it for me. I liked it. I was good at it. And I was really, I was alive.” So, it is understandable that it flatters those who think they are “smarter than the system yet it doesn’t recognize it”, those who see “transgression as proof of authenticity”, and then wraps those impulses and fantasies in technically competent but hollow spectacle.

This show is perfect, even the universally hated side characters are far superior to most leading performances in other loved shows. I rewatch this show every 2 years or so and I love being dragged back into the world of Walter White.

Ui ui, simplesmente cinema, 10/10! Breaking Bad foi uma experiência de quase 2/3 meses que eu demorei para assistir a série por completo, e eu acho que é isso que a torna tão especial. Lembro-me de chegar a casa no final das aulas e de sentar no sofá, ligar a televisão e perder-me nos episódios desta série tão incrível. Por ser uma série longa, era como se eu convivesse com os personagens e com o universo de Breaking Bad quase diariamente nas minhas horas de refeição após as aulas, e isso é estranhamente nostálgico, apesar de não ter feito se quer um ano desde que vi a série, bons tempos... pode parecer meio parado no início (apesar de não o ter achado), mas recomendo profundamente, é muito bom.

This is my favourite movie. Iove the cast, the story and the idea of this show. Rewached it 2 times and will wait years more to wach this masterpiece again.
