Word of warning to anyone considering picking this up. There is no multiplayer in the original game. That should be enough to let you know this probably isn’t the game for you.
You might be surprised that this game isn't an Xbox game when you first see it on the TV. It looks great and while it does have some telltale signs of being a PS2 game, it's still absolutely gorgeous.
From the little details on the cars up to the driving physics, everything is dead on. I know a little bit about racing concepts (speed limits? What are those?), and the game executes them with near perfection.

The graphics are beautiful. The back drops are excellent and the character models look great. Color abounds in this eye-candy filled title. I wish some of the animations and moves had been changed up a bit, but what are you going to do?
The game looks ten times more impressive that its predecessor, and really outshines almost any other console first-person shooter on the market right now. Explosions look extremely realistic, and the enemies are modeled and rendered pretty well.
Without a doubt the most realistic basketball game ever to hit the market. It’s got everything a fan could want: franchise mode, online mode, create a player, and the best gameplay around.
