AI slop with terribly written dialogue. So done with Angel Studios and their moronic garbage

Tremendous movie with a meaningful story about overcoming pride and entitlement to dig deep and accomplish something bigger. The fact that it is a true story and speaks to the founder of America, and not even in an appealing light, just adds to its value. It is also interesting in that AI was used to assist with VFX explosions and smoke to a great effect. This is the first major film I have heard of doing this and you would be mistaken to think this wis not an emerging trend in cinema. This is an easy film to watch, an easy film to love. You have some “period piece romance” for the ladies and some “wartime leadership” for the bros. Great performances, writing, direction and set design.

Its not a perfect movie, but for its budget it is pretty well done and has recognizable actors. The only issue I had were some of the creative liberties such as the battle of the Monongehela being fought half in an open field, or the over emphasis of French infantry in the battle, but its a movie...

Using AI Generated slop for your movie, especially one as bad as Young Washington, make it incredibly hard to defend, but a certain group of people will defend it. Another major issue is the historical inaccuracies of this film, and making Washington an unlikeable character. Plus, it wasted solid actors like Kelsey Grammar, Ben Kingsley, and Andy Serkis (all of whom I assume were in it for an easy paycheck). 0/10, don't watch it, even when it ends up on streaming services.

Just terrible. Poor ... everything. I'm sure it will make much money, though, from those it has been specifically constructed.

Supergirl flopping hard and getting a historically accurate film about George Washington in the same month is a victory for Christian dads everywhere.

Surprisingly historically accurate and a very enjoyable watch. Has some parts with AI that look wonky but other than that, I have no complaints.

This was a very enjoyable and good film celebrating 250 years of the United States of America. The story was admirable and allowed for us to take away life lessons about failure and success. The cinematography was great. The acting was solid but not perfect and if I had a criticism of the film it would be that some of the history was rushed when it should have been fleshed out more to develop Washington's character. The dialogue was also a bit cliche but again wasn't detracting from the film in a serious manner. Overall a very good film to enjoy with the family.

Angel Studios is at it again with this piece of AI slop. Absolute 0/10 no redeeming qualities.

The actor playing Washington didn’t seem charismatic enough to be accepted as a leader by grizzled militiamen at such a young age. Otherwise the movie was good historical entertainment.
