A witty and likeable horror-comedy that manages to put a stake to the heart of some real issues while it tickles your ribs.

Vampires Vs. The Bronx is a great way to introduce your kids or pre-teens to the vampire genre, and a fun look at how Gen Z plans to deal with armies of the undead.

This is a unique spoof of the vampire-genre and it packs enough creepy scares to make it worthy of the Halloween season. These kids are loveable and funny.

Exactly what i expected. For one its quite funny. Acting is good. Plot is perfectly cliche. A great watch, highly recommend

Vampire vs. the Bronx offers enough kid-friendly thrills and laughs to entertain and introduce newcomers to the horror genre, while also offering a socially conscious exploration of gentrification we haven't seen in the genre before.

Originality is missing from the movie, but it has plenty of great jokes and a whole lot of people you enjoy hanging out with. When a horror-comedy is as agile, charming, and funny as this, everybody wins.

Nobody should be making serious vampire or zombie movies at this stage of the horror cycle, so this riff on the genre absolutely fills the bill. And making it a commentary on gentrification? Inspired.

One of the best options for Halloween. One of its strengths is that the plot doesn't take anything seriously, cleverly mixing horror and comedy. To see on Halloween and those that follow.

I got into this film finding it full of charm and personality but then after the first half-hour it lost energy and became slow like the concept didn’t have enough substance to fill the runtime. Everything about this film is made to a very high production standard, great acting, cinematography etc but I probably won’t watch again due to the loss of energy. I don’t actually have a lot to say about this film, it is enjoyable and entertaining but flawed. It is not especially violent which I actually liked, it gave it a Buffy in the Bronx vibe.

Nos presenta una trama muy simple, aunque tiene momentos muy divertidos y épicos.

This was really poorly executed, and the script felt like it was written by a robot. Gentrifying vampires come to the Bronx and they need to be stopped! I don’t dislike the concept at all, but vampires are so over saturated: all ideas explored here have been explored in many other films ad nauseum. And the vampires were such poor antagonists: they essentially stood around while a bunch of 10 year olds made quick work of them, and didn’t anticipate any use of your classical vampire weapons. Wrapping social issues in other concepts is a really successful in many cases, but movies like this are so lazy so as to drown those issues in a sea of irrelevance. Another dud from Netflix throwing money at the wall hoping something, anything will stick.

From the streaming service that gave us "Cuties" here we have "Vampires vs The bronx". This movie have strong WHITE MAN BAD vibe. ITs a Black vs White movie in 2020, but its NETFLIX so what can you expect. If you can look past that it starts pretty good for a vampire movie. But it slowly drops to a halt. Therese a flying scene in the end of the movie that's so bad that i had to re watch to see if i was dreaming. I'm Glad I Cancelled Netflix almost a year ago.
