This isn’t a paint-by-numbers revenge plot. When the payoff finally comes, it’s as satisfying as it is perplexing.

You can take it or leave it with regards to its plot conveniences, but "Remember" is a strong film from start to finish thanks to its stellar performances (every actor here is flawless), character interactions, and not-so predictable story. Bonus points to director Egoyan for filming everyday objects to strengthen character thoughts and situations.

Critics really under sold this film. Not only is it an original take on the whole **** story but from start to finish, It keeps you interested and invested. Plummer proves that regardless of age, If you have it you have it and believe **** still has it. He gave a wonderful performance and really helped carry the movie through.

A stripped-down drama built around a powerful and sometimes troubling performance by Christopher Plummer.

The pathos of this situation is clear, the stakes, which obviously involve genocide, justice and actual Nazis, are sky high and Plummer is completely extraordinary. So why on earth isn't Remember a better film?

A twisted helix of "Memento" and "Munich" without either of those film’s craft, depth, or thematic murkiness.

Christopher Plummer confronts Nazi horrors again in Atom Egoyan’s preposterous thriller, which squanders a terrific performance by the Oscar-winning actor.

While Plummer tries his damnedest to anchor Remember in the high drama to which it aspires, Egoyan’s latest is best forgotten.

Remember shifts between numerous genres, making it easy to get perplexed, and while Christopher Plummer's acting is flawless, there's no way to overcome the film's unpleasant atmosphere.
