The movie is sexy, in a very real, occasionally shocking way, and it's interesting to see this kind of frankness in a movie where the characters are all so young.

Plush fails to be a turn-on: It’s all surface and zero substance, with limp attempts at shock value.

All of this should have been more darkly funny, more knowingly campy, something. As it is, Plush awkwardly tries to shock and frighten us while also trying to tease and amuse us.

Plush occasionally is stylish and intense, it is shocking although some aspects are predictable. Plush is an erotic thriller, from the director of "Thirteen" and unfortunately the director of "Twilight" and "Red Riding Hood". This movie is very frank for all these young actors, and dark although it must have been more of darkly funny, it is, but not enough. Plush is with no doubt one of the best movies 2013. Highly recommended, but not for everyone, but for hardcore movie goers, and art-house fans. Loved it.

Frankly, this film lacks direction because it is never clear what it is about, there are flaws in the script and its structure, the performances are weak and to tell the truth this is not something that will keep you on your seat. Total failure.
