Moore’s narrative cleverly covers a lot of ground, creating unusual synapses that connect issues in insightful ways.

Michael Moore brings us this surprise film virtually on the eve of the election as a kind of plea to middle America to really consider the realities of a Trump presidency. An avowed non-Clinton voter, he presents an impassioned argument in a theatre in Ohio that examines the realities of what is at stake for the nation, as well as critiquing Clinton's life in the public eye. Whilst not a polished or subtle film (some would say his films never are) this is an important, and heartfelt attempt to connect with those voters whose voices may well plunge the country into the abyss. Worth watching, especially considering its very short run time. 8.01/10

This was bad. It started out as a zero and got a little better. He threw this together to stop Trump. I usually think his work is very interesting, but this was weak.

Within the carnivalesque atmosphere and high-spirited revelry of Moore’s show, there’s a master of political rhetoric at work, and he devotes that mastery to a high patriotic calling. At its best, Michael Moore in TrumpLand is a moving act of devotion, a motivating turn of rhetoric of potentially historic import.

This 73-minute speech isn’t really much of a movie, and as advocacy it’s unlikely to reach Trump-leaning voters. But as a case for Clinton aimed at third-party supporters who are convinced they couldn’t stomach casting a ballot for her, it might turn a few heads.

Moore’s goal — save the country from the worst Presidential election of all time— is sound, but his ungainly presentation and shaky arguments make for an uneven polemic that never takes fire, even when doused in gasoline.

From his limp, liberal feminist pulpit (from which he also spews sexist jokes), Moore makes a condescending case for why Clinton isn’t only the least-bad choice, but an actually good choice. His thesis? Basically: she’s the pantsuit Beyoncé!

I remember when Michael Moore's movies were involved, edited well and he went around doing leg work. Bowling for Columbine is one of my favourite documentaries of all time. This movie is one of the laziest things I've ever watched. Is this stand up comedy or a movie? He's just walking on the stage the whole time giving his opinion. He isn't asking other people questions, or giving interviews. He isn't going to these places and showing what they're going through. He's just on stage, talking and ranting. This movie's so boring I doubt I'll finish watching it. I'm half way through and had to take a few pause breaks. This is one of only three movies I couldn't finish watching in my life. What a disappointment. This isn't the brilliant director who's movies I fell in love with a few years ago. This is a man who drank too much political poison and lost touch with his audience/the average working American. Don't buy this movie. Wait for it to be one of those movies played on t.v. at the dead times or for it to be on Crackle. What a waste of time.

Starting from now, when the world know who is the President of the United States, this movie could be seen or presented as the worst Bolshevik propaganda for a candidate. Although it started well, trying to keep the middle line somehow - biased evidently on Clinton's side - after 1 hour, he started to spout the worst Communist propaganda seen in my life. He made comparison between USA/Estonia(!) health care system, Hillary Clinton became ALMOST equal to Pope Francis, in his feminist-bolshevik vision ALL American women were persecuted, battered or pinched by the buttocks on the street, forced to change their names after marriage against their will etc. According to his Bolshevik propaganda, it seems like all American women were never been loved in those times ('50s baby boom, don't you belong to that generation, Michael???), they never had their hands kissed by a man, men were never stand up when women entered into a room or had their place offered to sit on a chair etc. After I saw this politruk movie, I wondered if his grand-grandmother, grandmother or his mother WERE that bothered - as Hillary was, according to his Bolsheviks spurts - when they changed their names after marriage. Anyway, this Bolshevik did not make his point of view very clear if Hillary is still that bothered by her name - Clinton - nowadays, after she had (and probably will have) an astonishing career as a politician. Golden Raspberry Cum Laudae for you Michael.
