It's over the top, an exercise in action comedy that cuts loose from logic and enjoys itself.

There were a lot of people who disliked this movie, but I rather enjoyed it. The only part i didn't like was the villain's acting. I think the dialogue was good but he wasn't really into the role. Other than that I had a lot of laughs watching this and could really get into the scenes.

the main character is an idiot, his friend is an idiot, the street gangsters are idiots, and only the agents and the villain are not complete idiots, I feel sorry for the main agent that he ended up in this nonsense and I understand why he is always unhappythe idea is not bad, but the characters are bad

It's long. Long movies almost always mean the audience member has time to think, and in this context that's not a good thing.

Bait ends up seeming pretty wormy.

It's just respectable trash, and a dress rehearsal for better things ahead.

This comedy-thriller that has no particular motive for changing tones.

Why Mr. Foxx, who was so impressive in "Any Given Sunday," chose to make a movie so boring and idiotic that it barely meets minimal standards of lowest- common-denominator entertainment.

When users by & large disagree with the “professional” critics, I usually side with my fellow “amateurs” out there, & I rarely disagree with BOTH sets of critics. That’s why I’m surprised that, in the case of this movie, the user ratings so closely mirror those of the professional critics. I’m no particular fan of Jamie Fox or any of the other actors in this film. I simply disagree with the extent of the negativity displayed by both sets of reviews. I found the film genuinely entertaining & I fail to see why more users don’t share my opinion. I’m not suggesting it’s a good movie. But if you haven’t seen it before & you’re bored, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by how entertaining this movie is, especially if it’s cold & raining outside.
