If you played the original Wings! all those years ago, then you'll definitely enjoy the Wings! Remastered Edition. If you're a newcomer, there should be nothing stopping you from picking up a copy. Wings! Remastered Edition does everything right.

If you can't play the original, this remaster is a decent if cheap looking refresher.

It’s clear enough isn’t it, if you remember this Amiga classic and you’re well up for round two then maybe it’s worth picking up. It’s not a full priced release anyway and it seems that they’ve done a pretty good job of capturing the essence of the original but with a new lick of paint.

Wings! Remastered Edition is all about nostalgia and good ol’ times. But the fact is that in 2014 you need to give something more to your audience, even if they had played and loved the original game.

In choosing to re-create Wings exactly as it was, warts and all, the developers have revealed that on a fundamental level, Wings was always more wart than it was game.

Wings shall live in memories of the fans, not die in their hand. Wings! Remastered Edition is a bland remake which fails even from a nostalgic point of view.
