çok uzun saatler oynadım. en az baldur gate 3 kadar ilgi çekici ve zorlayıcı bir sıra tabanlı commat sistemi var, hikayeler-tasarımlar gayet güzel. uzun oynanışa ragmen baymıyor, oyunun eskik yanı hikaye anlatımında sinamatik olmaması diyebilirim, onun haricinde kusur bulmakta zorlanıyorum.

La grande force de wartales réside dans son immersion ainsi que dans son système de combat. Ses cartes sont également très bien pensées et m'a procuré énormément de plaisir. Malheureusement, il est plombé par des développeurs paresseux qui préfèrent sortir des Màj de contenu payante n'apportant pas grand chose, voire dénaturant le jeu et ses mécaniques (la taverne qui rapporte des revenus endgame au niv 2????), plutôt que de travailler sur les problèmes qui devraient être réglés. Ainsi, évitez le mod Iron man, qui dans certaines missions, notamment celles nécessitant la capture d'une cible, effacera votre sauvegarde sans raison. perdre un perso parce que j'ai fait une erreur ok, perdre une partie parce que j'ai tué un pnj qui ne fait même pas partie de ma team ca non !! Il aurait pourtant été facile de pénaliser le joueur en lui collant une prime, ou en foirant la mission avec conséquences financières, mais pour cela il faut des développeurs occupés à faire autre chose que compter leurs sous...) voilà la raison de cette mauvaise note.

Excellent RPG featuring turn-based combat and various well-integrated gameplay systems, including survival, crafting, arena fights, exploration, and trading. Can't stop playing.

It is an outstanding game that captures perfectly what these types of games must be. I could not finish it due to another project coming hard on the gas, nevertheless, I could see its potential and greatness. There were problems, like how the mid-game was dragging so much and how there were only two types of fights: the ones you could somehow win, and those that your entire squat died. A good game nonetheless. I yearn to die with my brothers: 10/10.

C’est un jeu de rôle au tour par tour… mais les combats (au tour par tour) ne sont pas vraiment convaincants et dès la première région, une ‘simple’ mission annexe ici ou là, peut se transformer en une grosse galère, pour ne pas dire un désastre : alors qu’on ne s’y attend pas, ce qui semblait le ‘tout venant’ s’avère être une sorte de ‘boss’ plus ou moins lourdingue…! il faut donc battre en retraite. Ou crever. Cela n’est qu’un exemple mais reste symptomatique de la lourdeur générale de ce jeu qui a certes l’air d’un jeu de rôle… mais qui est aussi -avant tout- une espèce de jeu de gestion. Il faut gérer la bouffe (par exemple) et d’autres ressources mais aussi le salaire de sa troupe ! ce qui ne laisse pas d’étonner lorsqu’on commence (au choix) avec une bande de crevards fraîchement évadés… Vous imaginez verser un salaire à vos compagnons d’infortune ? soit, ils restent avec vous (pour survivre ou parce qu’ils vous apprécient… soit, ils se cassent directement !). Bien sûr, on peut embaucher (comme souvent dans les jdr) des mercenaires mais cette équipe (que l’on choisit et personnalise dès le début du jeu) n’est pas dans ce cas de figure !L’autre gros souci concerne l’interface, peu claire et mal fichue et réduite souvent à sa plus simple expression, en ce qui concerne son accès (elle est planquée tout en haut et tout en bas !). D’ailleurs, les menus sont mal foutus eux aussi et ce même problème d’interface (fort peu ergonomique) concerne les affrontements eux-mêmes (on est loin d’un Xcom moderne ou autre jeu tactique digne de ce nom). Enfin, le monde lui-même, son environnement pose problème également : en effet, la caméra est beaucoup trop éloignée de nos personnages qui apparaissent du coup tout ****, pour ne pas dire minuscules ! comment se sentir concerné dans ces conditions par ce peut arriver ? on contrôle des lemmings ou quoi ?Tous ces problèmes et une histoire qui ne décolle pas vraiment, voire pas du tout, n’incitent certainement pas à poursuivre l’aventure. Le jeu n’est pas bien beau et manque de cachet, de personnalité et est encore victime de nombreux bugs. On préfère de loin désinstaller le bousin et ne plus y revenir !

In this game you are free. Free to be good, free to be bad. Free to follow your own objectives or to follow the story. The fights are nice but there is to possibilities : enemy level by area or enemy level depending of your level. The second option is really bad, because no fights are easy, and in the end when your company is big, every fights is risky and too long. The universe and the possibilities are nice, and the game is well followed by the development team.

Decent core idea but still lacking some key parts for a great game. Battles become boring really fast and is just rinse and repeat - because of slow progression of skills and overpowered stats on items. Most players will stop playing after 1 or 2 regions when they realise how actually little they matter for the game.

This is what a tactic medieval rpg should looks like. It's perfect, each run is different and amazing, also there is a lot of minigames and secondary misions tha enhanced the experience. Great indie game.

This game could be beyond amazing. However after 3 attempts of playing it. I've lost a total of 100+ hours of gameplay due to **** bugs reverting my saves losing TONS of hours of gameplay via xbox1. This game will be **** until the devs get their head out of their ass and fix it.

Jugadas mas de 100 horas solo puedo decir que este juego es una joya: planteamiento inicial, combate, supervivencia diaria, ambientación, música, etz. Todo lo que haces o dejas de hacer importa y es muy adictivo, las horas se te pasan volando. Solo al final se hace un poco repetitivo y las batallas de tantas unidades un poco tediosas pero igualmente es asumible. El único problema que he tenido y por lo leído tambien a varias personas, a veces se pierden saves de partidas (a mi 2 veces no se me guardó bien una sesión de juego entera, apox 3 o 4 horas) no se si es problema del juego o del gamepass pero es algo a tener en cuenta en saves de mas de 100 horas. No es que pierdas tu save, es que lo jugado un día por arte de magia no se almacena y al cargar pues es la partida que dejaste el día interior. Aun así no le bajo la nota por que intuyo que es problema de la sincro del game pass y no del juego.

This is a very addictive game. It's quite good in general, not without its issues, but pretty enjoyable overall. That being said, it's 1/10 Unplayable. Because devs can't seem to fix the one most atrocious problem you can have with a game - disappearing savefiles. I won't go into the details of the catastrophe, I'll just say they tried and failed time and time again, making matters only worse. So, however good the game may be, there's no point to even start playing it, if you're gonna end up without your saves one way or another. My only regret that I've wasted 50+ hours. This should never ever happen, this kind of bug is unforgivable! Thus, this review will remain as "Overwhelming Dislike" forever, in order to correctly depict a player's disappointment.

If you enjoyed playing Battle Brothers, Wartales is a great alternative. The exploration and adventure elements in the field, as well as the immersive combat and farming elements, are certainly enjoyable, but the very slow pace of progression and long periods of pointless replayability make it a bit of a struggle to get to the ending.

This game is a pure gem. With every hour spent playing it, one discovers it more and more. It is simply beautiful. For me, it's the HoMM 3 equivalent of our time.

First of all I would like to mention about the cons of this game: Wartales * I agree that this game seems a little early access. * I would like to get a better character customization. * Graphics are not so bad. Could be improved. *Map made me feel it is so big that I could get lost. Let's talk about the good things. * Map made me feel it's very big. * Sandbox do as you will. Go as you will. * I like having a team. * I like the game overall.

I don't like this game, I don't understand the attention it got when it first came out. It seems to me that this game is still in early access. Graphics, gameplay and everything else looks mediocre. Seems like a waste of time. It's a game that has been in development for so long and still hasn't made enough progress to rise above mediocre. It's just one of the first attempts of a company with no budget and not enough team. The new game they will make with a bigger budget in the following years may be a good thing, but this is not good enough. It still makes more sense to play Warband instead of this.

One of the best games I have ever played, it is the perfect fit for what I want out of games. It has great turn-based combat, intense party building and decision making. It is set in a gory fantasy world. My perfect game. Kind of like game of thrones meets fire emblem, but everything is better than in either.

What started out as a brilliant isometric, turn-based and semi-open world RPG eventually devolved into a grindy experience that soured my entire experience of the game. My enjoyment gradually began decreasing in the fourth region, about 60h in. The fifth region i managed to slog through, and by the time i reached the 100h mark in the final region, i lost all interest and dumped the game. Wartales has great ideas, but could have really benefited from being shorter or more fast pace progression wise.

One of the best game I have played this year. 90 hours of playing so far and I will surely start again to try and optimize a brand new team. I don't understand what people complains about. I strongly recommend playing it.
