Naughty Dog set out with a very specific goal in mind, and in focusing intently on that goal, they blew right past it. Uncharted 2 is a sublime example of how to make a great action game, the result of fantastic execution on every aspect of the game's design and development. It's the best, most memorable game I've played in a long, long time.
Oh, WOW! This game was a ton of fun. Excellent story. An improvement over the already incredibly impressive first one. This kind of game is why we love and play videogames.
Great addition to the Uncharted collection. Combat, gameplays, characters, and the addition of Drakes wife and other love interest made the story hilarious. The world of Nepal is also an outstanding focus because not a lot of games do the modern-day Nepal setting.
The PS3 equivalent of a summer blockbuster, scripted and directed by a silver screen Goliath, makes Naughty Dog's anticipated sequel a landmark in gaming.
Прошёл uncharted 2: among thieves 2009 года на эмуляторе ps 3 rpcs3. Второй анчартед считается многими лучшей частью, я бы сказал, что утверждение спорное. Графика, размах и экшон на запредельном уровне, постоянно что-то происходит, взрывается, рушится и прочее, очень кинематографично. Однако, из-за этого радикально страдает так называемый suspension of disbelief. То есть, главный герой в геймплее танчит ебалом 5 пулемётных очередей, а в кинце может застонать от одной пули в ногу. Я понимаю, что нужно делать скидку на это дело, но тут это выведено на какой-то смехотворный уровень, просто уже начинаешь рофлить с происходящего. Геймплей всё такой же, может быть получше стала стрельба, не такой душной и дуболомной, но не сильно. Очень много разнообразных локаций, на этот раз действительно разных. Пропорция стрельбы и прочего геймплея осталась прежней, я бы предпочел чтобы было меньше стрельбы и больше остального. Добавили стелс, но благо он максимально опциональный и слава Богу. Последние пару глав сосут жопу. Я убеждён что вторая часть на уровне первой, в чём-то лучше, в чём-то хуже, но в целом не превосходит оригинал – 7/10.
Uncharted 2 was touted as a massive improvement over the first game, but I still found it lacking. The set pieces are bigger and the graphics are better, but the core issues remain, especially with the writing. Once again, characters miraculously appear exactly where they need to be, and the plot progresses through a series of unbelievable coincidences. The absurdity of stumbling upon hidden locations by pure luck without any real direction is just too much. It breaks immersion and makes the whole experience feel contrived. The gameplay is still overly linear, and the combat doesn't feel satisfying. While the characters start to show a bit more personality, it's not enough to overcome the glaring issues in storytelling. It's a step up from the first game, but not by much.
Like its predecessor, it doesn't do anything particularly well: shooting remains basic although maps are now much more interestingly structured, adventuring segments are still mechanically poor, puzzles terrible and the narrative merely decent. What makes Among Thieves so decisively better is the way in which its multiple elements efficiently blend together to create exciting set-pieces challenging the player to move and fight in highly dynamic scenarios, with shifting environments and moving hazards.
