Trials Evolution is basically the same core game as the previous one, but since I love that game I can look beyond that. Although, when it's time to develop a third game, I hope that RedLynx actually can evolve the game instead of just insert something meaningless in the title.

Trials Evolution truly is the next step in the outstanding core experience from HD, polishing every aspect of an already-fantastic game to a near-blinding sheen, and then delivering something peerless in terms of technical precision and visceral addiction. They don't come better than this

Much like a "new and improved" cereal at your grocer, Trials Evolution successfully makes small improvements to its predecessor to cater to its fans. In that area, RedLynx has succeeded. Anyone who enjoyed Trials HD will no doubt love Trials Evolution. Unfortunately, those looking for something more than "more of the same" aren't going to find it here. As the name implies, this is just an evolution of what came before; it's not a revolution.

Great tracks, music and it feels so cool to play it, pass the tracks and crash

As with it’s predecessor, Trials Evolution challenges players to ride a motorcycle from the start of a level to the end while navigating a number of obstacles, preferably as quickly and with a few crashes as possible. Trials Evolution becomes particularly difficult towards the final stages, to the extent that few will ever see it through to completion, but the gameplay remains addictive and the addition of an excellent track editor has seen some fantastic user created levels made available. Add to this some fun multiplayer modes and you have another top notch Xbox Arcade title.

Trials Evolution is really the best Xbox Live Arcade game to date. It is challenging, it is fun and the new courses are brilliant. For 1.200 Microsoft Points you will get a huge amount of content.

Trials Evolution is fantastic fun. Its simplicity and beguiling depth encourages replay, and the addition of social functions encourages a competitive streak in even the most placid of players. It's the perfect sequel to an almost perfect game.

So finely honed that it should be appreciated by a massive swath of people, from hardcore 2D platforming fans to racing fans to editor junkies to, well, douches who like rap/rock remixes and Ed Hardy tees.

Trials Evolution is one of the best Arcade Games this year. Better and bigger than its predecessor, has a simple but addictive gameplay and too much content to unlock. Good choice for a multiplayer matches.

Keeping pace with the infectious, obstacle-based hook that made the original a hit while boldly charting new ground with tuned up features and an ambitious outdoor angle, Trials Evolution brings the breadth of its namesake to bear in a well-equipped and enthusiastically realized sequel that fans of the original shouldn't pass up. When it comes to providing an endless loop of frustration, fun, and harebrained antics on wheels, you'll find few other stunt racers quite as hopelessly addicting as this.

It adds visual punch, improved multiplayer, a better sense of progression (as new licenses must now be acquired to unlock further tracks) and an intimidatingly powerful editor with the potential to punt the game's longevity into the stratosphere. For 1,200 MP this is as unmissable an XBLA title as its predecessor and, while it's not quite an evolution, it's certainly an example of intelligent design.

It's the perfect Xbox Live Arcade game, awesome, addictive and amazingly good. A must-buy for everyone who likes racing, physics, puzzles, explosions, multiplayer competition and an all-around complete editor.

Talk about the most frustrating series of all time, but still fun. It's very well made and the gameplay is great but it doesn't keep me coming back for more, like the first one did. Maybe I just bored of it.

This is clearly the best arcade-game available in my opinion. It can't compare with "real" games, but for the branch it is nearly perfect. It's astonishing what this game is capable of. It's not only another great Trials game with improved graphics and physics, but thanks to the map-editor and the communities' creativity you can expand the experience a lot. However, after all it's still a Trials game which means that the gameplay of driving a motorcycle in 2D perspective can get quite dull after a while, no matter how much quality content there is.

Can't believe this is rated so highly, It's an alright game but does not deserve such a high rating. Got bored of it after about 6 hours of gameplay. Nothing more than what I used to play on windows 98, but it was free to play that back in my day.

I wanted to like this game so badly, but I can't get over how horrible the bikes handle. Even if you liked HD, play the trial version of this first.
SummaryThe follow-up to Trials HD brings the bike-racing action back to the Xbox 360. Ride in real-time multiplayer with two to four players, either locally or through XBLA. Take part in single player career with 50 tracks, challenging unlocks, and tricky achievements. A massive, track editor lets you build the track of your choosing and share ... Read More
