I made a complaint to the devs about some idiot bragging about buying an account of a whale. Whale is a rich or wealthy person who spends an abnormal amount of money. Well this particular person plays on server 1180, but was on one of my small accounts on server 1140. That dumbass sold her account to the highest bidder, which happened to be our clans competition. They only used the account to recruit players. I think it’s against Apple Store policy to sell your login info. If you’re gonna bid the account and only the top 1 clan can bid, does that make it even? Makes me want to no longer spend on my big accounts. Devs ended my chat with support without even addressing the issue, a **** apology. They’re quick to ignore my complaints because they get money either way, especially if two mfs are funding it. I have no issue with co piloting accounts. But selling it after the fact. Thats a huge conflict of interest, not only with the Apple Store policies, but their game policy too. As a corporation, who runs their App on US stores in the Apple Store, they need to follow their own rules. I will be filing a formal complaint with the bbb about this

The game allows harassment and does little to prevent it. Several of my fellow players reported being personally and sexually harassed by other players and the game support did nothing to help prevent it. One of my friends had their photos used by other players INSIDE the game without their permission by a burner account, and while the support could have easily traced the players committing such actions, they did too little to help punish the offender. I do not recommend it.

Game is badly managed. Copies the ideas of other games, uses a famous franchise to gain players, and make it impossible to have fun if you don't pay a lot of money.
