The sheer intensity of the firefights in this game makes it worth the money, and given that it’s relatively inexpensive to pick up (you’re looking at a $30-$40 dent in your wallet), it’s worth the majority of that money.

It's nice to see a publisher put in a little extra effort with the presentation of their product, which is rare these days.

Im a die-hard fan of both versions of Starship troopers and I have to say I really love this game. Yes it got ugly graphic engine that was made specifically for this game so that it could handle so many bugs on the screen. Yes its clunky at times. But if you are willing to overcome these things and you are huge fan of ST (mainly of the movie version in this case) and you want to shoot some bugs you gonna have one hell of a time ! Its full of movie references with cutscenes from the first two movies. Shooting the bugs is fun as well as to watch fellow troopers shooting them. And they can cover your back pretty nicely actually! (If they can stay alive :) You can download it for free together with the patch so you shouldn't got any problems running it. (Works fine on my Windows 10). I say go for it and have fun. Come on you apes you wanna live forever ??

Совершенно дрянная игра. Единственное, что понравилось - это второй уровень, где на тебя валит огромное количество жуков, как в фильме, но больше в этой игре смотреть не на что.

There are redeeming features, a few nice touches of scripting here and a cool boss there, but generally the fabled shitty-stick of non-touching is going to have to make another one of his increasingly common appearances. [PC Zone]

At least the audio captures a bit of the enjoyably cornball feel of the film. The bugs and guns don't make much of an impression, but troops utter intentionally cheesy lines like, "I'm so bad I scare myself!"

It is an exercise in immense frustration and painful tedium. When it works, and this feels a stupid sentence at this point, it does manifest the correct semiotic indicators of first-person shooting. You are mowing down literally hundreds of baddies with big metal guns. But that's it. And it isn't all that much.

Starship Troopers just doesn't have any soul. It's a generic first-person shooter, with gameplay that isn't very much fun and doesn't do justice with the license its based on.

The game is full of **** game bugs like when is **** bugs.Giant bugs.Many **** where the heck is the fun i mean killing a few thousand bugs with or without squad is boring.Very **** for the multiplayer you wont find many servers the co-op doesnt work almost all the time and you wont find many players.Almost none.pity.2.
