It’s really fun, but it’s a bit more of the same compared to the previous one; still, it’s worth playing, especially with friends.

Improves over the first in almost every way with the jump button and interconnected world. However a few complanits i have is that you cant see how damage weapons do and you cant make a hero that is playable in singleplayer and multiplayer and while you can make a online hero and then make a private party, you wont be able to play offline.

I don't know what the other reviewers are smoking or if they're solicited feedback, but as a massive fan of the first game who put hundreds of hours in maxing multiple characters and builds, I am heartbroken at how unsatisfied I feel playing this new one. Movement has lag that wasn't present in the first one. Many textures are simplified and somehow seem inferior. Jump is annoyingly overlapped with interact. UI is not well thought out., from the character select screen to in-game. You can't even see item details in local co-op so you have no idea what you're equipping. The new hub-less world feels cumbersome and confusing to navigate. I was praying for a Minecraft Dungeons 1 continued, and this is certainly not that.

This is one of the best games I've ever played, this is so peak! you can even jump and go fight different bosses and I"m so excited for the new DLCs

One could say Minecraft Dungeons 2 is a slight improvement over the first thanks to an overworld map and the use of a jump button, but compared to many other isometric dungeon crawlers available, it still falls short on substance, depth, balancing and overall content. I imagine it's more fun in co-op, but regardless it ultimately boils down to a shallow action adventure that gets repetitive, predictable, unbalanced and buggy.

I think it's a nice improvement over dungeons one with the addition of exploration given the jump button, an open world, and more customization when it comes to armor/tools combinations. I think it has a bad optimization, not much character customization, it's annoying we can't play online with offline characters, etc. It's a clearly flawed good game I'd call it.

Fun game, just like the first one. It improved the already good gameplay, and you feel like you're playing a "bigger and better" version of the previous title. Higly reccomended, and it's on a cheap price too.
