Law & Order: Dead on the Money

Dead on the Money is one of the finest police procedural or detective adventure games ever created.

The game puts you right in the middle of the show. There's no one to fall back on. It's all up to you and let me tell you this is one tough mother.

A fun detective adventure game, albeit one with a few gameplay problems. The game itself is not terribly long, either, so the longevity may be questionable.

After wading through the technical problems, a solid murder mystery that's fun to play and worth the money.

You can play through the game twice with little time investment, and as long as you take copious notes of what works, you'll be able to solve the game eventually.

Where it falls apart is in the game design. [Jan 2003, p.114]

Although it's an excellent representation of "Law & Order" in playable form, there just isn't much to play.
