Godbreakers
Godbreakers doesn't try to redefine the roguelite genre, but it brings satisfactory combat mechanics in an otherwise linear and repetitive journey. It's a more enjoyable experience when played in co-op with one or more friends.
There's a lot of frantic fun packed into GODBREAKERS, especially if you enjoy experimenting with playstyles and enemy abilities. It may be a little limiting of an experience but there's enough entertainment to be had that I still recommend it.
With a beautiful, minimalist artstyle and some great encounter music, there’s a lot to keep you coming back to Godbreakers.

Has the bones to almost be a good game but doesn't quite make it. The dodging mechanics and combat mechanics feels like they're fighting each other. They give you these combos but you can't get any combos off without having to dodge another attack, and the dodge has no i-frames either so it just feels terrible and there are times when you get stunlocked by constant damage. The worst offense imo is that they released a new DLC character and then to even play him you have to beat the game, then play 2 extremely hard challenges to unlock him. I was mainly interested in playing as that Berserker character and that's why I bought the game, looks like that's not happening. Beat the main game and tried the challenges a bunch of times with no success. Probably won't be playing the game again. Huge buyer's remorse.

Man I love this game. I don´t even play rogue likes that much, but the combat is so fluid and fast. Content could be more, but they just released a content update for free and they are willing to support the game in the future. So if you like rogue likes unlike me, this could be your favorite.

A wide variety of enemies, a vast array of available builds, and bosses with splendid designs. Although it has a limited number of stages, this is compensated for by excellent optimization.

Godbreakers is awesome solo, and a blast with friends. The Roguelite structure combined with slick, kinetic, third-person action is a wonderful fit and hits a lovely flowstate often. Snappy dodge canceling makes the gameplay consistently fluid and rewarding, and enemy/boss designs are all great. I'm having a very good time running this game over and over with different modifiers, I just wish some of the quests were a bit more clear in their objectives. Still, Godbreakers is well worth checking out, regardless of if you're going it alone or with a squad.

Godbreakers makes the most of its fluid, flashy combat. Killing gods and stealing their powers and doing that with friends is an undeniable thrill. While solo players may also find appropriate challenge, there is a distinct feeling that had Godbreakers given us a few more worlds to explore and a few more unique paths of progression, it would have broken past deluge of roguelikes gnawing for attention.

If you and a couple of friends are into a quick hack-and-slash adventure, Godbreakers has a quick fix for you. What it lacks, however, is robust combat systems and replayability. While there is fun to be had as you steal abilities from your foes, the highs wear off fast.

I really wanted to like Godbreakers. The trailers made it look like a deep strategy game with unique mechanics and a cool art direction, but the final product feels rushed and unfinished. The gameplay loop gets repetitive after just a few hours — every mission starts feeling the same, and the “strategic depth” they promised is mostly just micromanaging clunky units with bad pathfinding.Performance is another story. Even on decent hardware, the game stutters constantly, and load times are absurd for what you actually get on screen. The UI feels like it was designed for a mobile game, and the controls are unresponsive at **** worst part is that it could have been something special. You can tell there were good ideas behind it, but it seems like the team ran out of time or budget before polishing anything. Right now it feels more like an early access title that somehow got pushed out as a full release.
