Ender Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist is a 2D action RPG Metroidvania. It's able to set it self apart from other in the genre and be something great. With an intriguing mystery I felt compelled to unravel, and a fun combat system that encourages experimentation. A short but compelling adventure and I already feel like playing again. Ender Magnolia is something special, and I hope Binary Haze Interactive continues to make more.

Ender Magnolia is a superb metroidvania brimming with quality, filled with features that future games of the genre will likely take as an example. I’m eagerly looking forward to the next Ender game.

At its price point, Ender Magnolia is a terrific game. It won’t reinvent the genre, but that’s hardly a knock at it. Sometimes it’s enough to just be one of the best.

I fell in love with this game. A one-two gut punch of emotional soundscapes and beautiful imagery, followed by solid search-action gameplay and interesting progression make Ender Magnolia an easy recommendation to anyone remotely interested in the art of video games. My playtime was sitting at approximately 17 hours for a completionist, all-achievements playthrough, so you can enjoy this over the course of a weekend, easily.

Ender magnolia es la secuela (no tan directa) de Ender lilies: Quietus of the knight.
Esta secuela mejora muchos aspectos en comparación al juego anterior.
Las texturas estan disponible en 4k por lo que es una experiencia agradable a la vista del usuario, la configuración es mucho más extensa y las mecánicas del juego varían tanto que siempre te permite luchar con jefes de manera distinta a la primera vez. Arranquemos con lo mas importante: la historia.
Esta secuela nos deja muchas intrigas con respecto a ender lilies debido a que esta ambientada en otro reino muchos años despues, sin embargo nos dejan un vistazo sobre lo que paso en los eventos del anterior juego y explaya la idea del juego anterior de una manera diferente. Esta historia se puede hacer medio confusa al inicio, pero una vez le prestas atención y empiezas a unir puntos, se vuelve algo que te gustaría que haya mas contenido para seguir indagando en ella (en este ámbito es muy similar a Lilies) parecido al juego anterior, pero mejorandolo para que podamos imaginar una continuacion más allá del final de juego. Las mecanicas: este apartado es algo que parecía difícil de mejorar en retrospectiva, pero mejoró. Se añadieron nuevas formas de movimiento para avanzar, la posibilidad de correr y sobre todo se añadieron nuevas armas y variantes de estas mismas junto con equipamiento para que cada uno pueda armar su propia build basada en defensa/curacion/agresividad/distancia/etc. Lo cual aumenta la rejugabilidad del juego y mejora las posibilidades que tenemos de completarlo de diversas formas, además se han añadido personajes con los cuales podemos interactuar, conocer sus historias e incluso ayudarnos (no en combate). Dificultad: Me cuesta decirlo pero este juego tiene un declive en dificultad debido a la variedad que tenemos en armas y mecánicas nuevas. Ya no cuenta con tantas zonas injustas para el jugador (lo cual es algo bueno) pero hay tanta inmensidad en mecánicas que terminan dándote habilidades muy rápidamente convirtiendo a los jefes en algo facil de pasar y no un reto verdaderamente (excluyendo a algunos) El estilo de arte continua siendo el mismo que en el juego anterior pero dando un giro de 180° de medieval a steampunk, lo cual es algo que le queda muy bien y no estoy en contra Recomiendo mucho jugar este juego puesto que mejora mucho ante su precuela y verdaderamente es una experiencia disfrutable y atrapante que recomiendo a cualquier jugador

Ender Magnolia is an interesting sequel to Ender Lilies, but it doesn't change much of what the first game did. It's a metro-divania that doesn't dare to do much, amplifying the concepts of Ender Lilies and its gameplay, with a very rewarding exploration.

A deep and and fun metroidvania with quick and intense combat encounters. I am not going to say the platforming as anything special in the genre. The visuals and scenery are gorgeous and I wish the story could back it up some.

This was surprisingly different than Ender Lilies, in a bad way. The gameplay was a lot more hectic and messy. There were too many choices for weapons and equipment. It wasn't as enjoyable or precise. The boss fights were also a lot messier. The story atmosphere was also extremely different than Ender Lilies ... in a bad way. The first game was hauntingly beautiful and sad. The second game felt almost silly with the roughly 50 character the player encounters along the way. It lacks the gravity of the first Ender game.

This game was really mid..I bought this one day out of boredom after looking at the rave reviews. About an hour in,I knew it was mid and stopped playing. I legitimately don't know how this has 8+ on here.

Lo siento, pero me ha parecido aburridisimo. No tiene ninguna epica, es lento y no deja personalizar ni crear salvo 4 cosas que te vas a encontrar en la progresion. El 1º juego lo acabe del tiron y se me hizo imposible rejugarlo por lo mismo, se le ven mucho los problemas.
