After playing FIFA and FC 24 and purchasing the ultimate edition of FC 25 here's my verdict.After 3 days on FC 25 I requested a refund to my suprise EA accepted the request, although they had to as FC 25 is in a horrendous state and is definitely not ready for **** here's how I come to review Efootball, after refunding FC 25 I still needed my football gaming fix and my honest opinion. Efootball (after trying in previous years) didn't feed the addiction. Now Efootball 25, Wow. Free to play and has took me back to the FIFA 17/18 days fantastic gameplay simple mechanics. Finally no more over the top 'realistic' animations an just pure fun gameplay. I've had more fun in one day of Efootball than I've had in 2 years of FC 24/25.Yeah the UI is not the best but let's be honest it's no worse or better than FCs. Efootballs Gameplay blows FC 25 out the water. Yeah it's a bit more arcade style, but this is what gamers want a simple to play football game. We don't need realistic animations for EVERY play that slows the game down. We don't need tactical, advanced and sliding tackles, worst decision ever by FC. Efootball takes you back to the days of press a button to close down a player and either slide or do a stand tackle, simple. Shooting is rewarding it's not to easy to score and it's not to hard as long as you time it right. Finesse shots and power shots on Efootball look impressive and give you a good feeling when it fly's straight in the top corner but there not overpowered.Daily rewards, weekly events, log in bonus, give you rewards for completion and the rewards are actually useful. Weather that's contracts to get new players or improving the ones you have. Even the events to unlock kits don't feel **** of the most impressive things in regards to Efootball though is for a free to play game you do not need to spend money to compete. Your rewarded for playing the game, something you don't get from other football titles or do get but % being so lower for a half decent pull you spend 6 hours doing challenges to get a 77 rated player out of a mega pack. Now I know people get set in there ways, I did it for years but I will say it's free, give it a go. See what you think, let the game do the talking not the reviews or the hype created for other football games. You'll be as shocked as me. I don't think I will ever go back to an FC game again.I hope this helps

Terribly scripted, online only and no Master League mode. On the pitch gameplay seems much better than older Pro Evolution/eFootball games and has a decent presentation but that's about it. At least it has vs CPU "seasons" mode.

How long can you play the same cotton wool with the same winner every month? Where are the cups, international tournaments, self-created tournament, injuries, statistics, disqualification for several yellow cards, where is the sporting interest, where is the career? Even the weather at the stadium is always good... Where did you put everything related to football? I spent several thousand dollars on players, and I can only play with my team in one primitive online tournament with the same winner... This is not football, dear businessmen from Konami... This is a disgrace
