Entertaining short game to always ditch penguizonar because advantage rolls are unmatched

Dispatch is a best in class title. The voice acting, animations, and narrative are top notch. It’s not a long game by any means but the depth of story telling and the ability to choose missions for your heroes buys you into Dispatch’s world Highly recommend.

Grało się świetnie, pokazanie % wyborów na koniec każdego epizodu to to na co czekałem, mozna było poczuć powiew starych czasów, ponieważ gra była wydawana po 2 epizody co tydzień i myślę że samo to dało również dużego kopa grze. One of the best superhero stories in gaming! You get to play as a retired hero, down on his luck guy with a grudge that gets a second chance by supporting other heroes. You do that by dispatching the right person for the job and min/maxing the team. And the team doesn't want to work together. It's up to you how to manage things. The workplace drama and romance mixed with action packed events makes every episode of this game memorable. You get to choose and shape the way the story goes and how you get to shape those around you. Great animation paired with well written dialogue elevates this above the small studio that made it. Fantastic game!

Thriller tension, sharp writing, and a rhythm that never lets go. This is exactly what I want from narrative games: no dead time, no melancholy padding, just a story that grabs you and keeps squeezing. One of the best surprises of my year. Play it.

A superhero mini-series where you manage a team of heroes and manage your personal struggles as an Ex-superhero yourself. I approached it as a show, with the bonus of making choices and I had A BLAST!!! These days it's difficult to even watch movies sometimes, but this had that perfect balance for me. Episodic, humourus, action-packed, some romance, the occasional quick time event, and a really entertaining gameplay system, that made the pace even better. I was never bored, I looked forward to every part of the loop, and I appreciated the game's length. Around episode 6, though it was still great, it was when my enthusiasm was slowing down (from a 10 to an 8,5), but that's where the story ramped up and concluded in a satysfying manner. It is the best example of this kind of game I've ever played and I reccomend it easily! An absolute joy!

I did not expect to love this as much as I did. Once I started playing I tore through it. It’s Telltale meets the Boys but somehow even better. Loved the edginess and the mechanics. It could have used more in terms of navigating around the office and customizing your home/desk. PLEASE MAKE A SEQUEL.

This is the best television show I have ever played. I played through the game like four times. I really hope there is a season two. If not, I hope this sparks a whole new genre of playable television games and we get more like this.

I am a big fan of the old Telltale games like Walking Dead/Tales of Borderlands and after the first chapter of Dispatch wrapped up I was fully invested and excited to see what’s next. However, by the end credits I was a little disappointed. The visuals are fantastic, the character designs are great and the concept is an original take on the superhero genre. But the dialogue and humor I found unbelievably cringe (99% Borderlands 3 level scatology) and the choices just didn’t feel high stakes enough. The dual gameplay was also a cool idea similar to 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim but the execution felt a little too random and simplistic. I hope we get more of these types of games but I really wanted more from the story and characters.

I dont usually playe telltale games but dispatch by AdHoc was really good in my opinion I really enjoyed the story through out the whole game

Loved everything about the game, the only reason i did 't gace it a 10, it's because of the impossibility to skip a scène when we hunt for trophies.

It was a great experience with the composition of heroes played. The game was challenging enough to keep my interest piqued. The mechanics too, was fresh idea for games nowadays. What held me back from giving a solid 10? It was the story, just minor thing. It would be better if the characters' background story explained more.

10/10 JOYA CINEMATOGRAFICA Y GOTY Personajes: 10/10 Historia: 10/10 Gameplay: 10/10 Soundtrack: 10/10 Animación: 10/10 Me atrapaste si es cine Es el juego perfecto y diría que yo que al menos top 3 del género, nunca creí que un juego de este tipo me gustara y este me encanto, desde que vi los videos cortos del gameplay me llamo la atención y me hizo comprarlo, y no me decepciono para nada, la historia te atrapa desde el primer capítulo y hace que te enganches desde el capítulo 3 y 4, tiene una muy buena re-jugabilidad y la historia es simplemente cine, hagan más juegos como esto porque me dejo queriendo más, mi unica preocupación es ese 67% que eligió a visi.

Pero que historia tan entretenida y bien hecha, te atrapa desde el momento uno, personajes únicos y bien desarrollados, un universo rico para ser explotado.

Man do I miss Telltale Games. Back in the day, I was very familiar with Telltale‘s gameplay philosophy and methodology for the episodic release schedule, but I didn’t play that many of their games and there were too many of them to capture my interest right out of the gate. But a lot of those ex-Telltale developers were able to bring on the freedom by tackling with a brand new adventure within their brand new development studio, known as AdHoc Studio, which, in a sweet miracle, was able to create something that absolutely would go on to become one of my favorite new games I’ve ever played. This is what is like to dispatch bad boys with, well, Dispatch. When this game was announced at The Game Awards in December 2024, I didn’t know what to really expect from a game that felt like a completely new take on the episodic adventure genre that had been desperately lacking for years, and then the game was received with glowing acclaim from many players and critics alike, and naturally, with me getting back to that Telltale-itch again for the first time in years to see what was all of the fuss was about. Well, I’m unbelievably happy to report that Dispatch not only succeeded what I really thought about these kinds of games for a long time, but also completely changed my perception of what these kinds of experiences really can be capable of as exceptional for the industry. It hits in the type of ways it really does not make you predict at all, it is emotional, it is heartwarming, it is absolutely hilarious, the cast of characters are colorful and rewarding, it is also very hopeful, it is incredibly entertaining, engaging, and unbelievably fun at the same time, and all eight episodes all coming in at a cohesive package from start to finish, and is something that I feel should get talked about more and more often when it comes to perfecting its own genre from a brand new studio who understands this genre the absolute best and still proves that they can still handle this type of game when it is done in all of the right way possible. Dispatch is one hell of an impossible task the team was able to craft from its humble beginnings before getting to where they were towards the end of development. It’s truly a genuine masterpiece in many sense of the word. By teaching you it’s never too late to encounter a new job after his near fall from grace, that’s truly enlightening and inspiring, especially for a superhero-like adventure done within the medium. That’s a huge accomplishment. Dispatch absolutely deserves all the praise that it absolutely gets, and I’m so glad to be a fan of this game and the what the future remains for the studio’s output. That’s why I’m giving it a 10 out of 10. This is truly close to absolute perfection as it deserves. What a special game.

Una bella sorpresa, trama e toni dell'avventura veramente azzeccati con **** molto vari e sfaccettati. Molto ben inserita la parte della gestione della squadra che porta una ventata di novità nelle avventure di questo genere, invece meno riuscita la parte di hacking che sa un po di già visto ma che non da per nulla fastidio. Se si vuol dare una pecca alla trama è che forse gli ultimi 2 capitoli risultano un pò meno riusciti del resto, ma nel complesso è un avventura che scorre una meraviglia tra scene emozionanti e alcune demenziali.

Dispatch is one of the best games I have played in years. The writing, direction, characters and meaningful choices create an experience that feels both cinematic and deeply personal. The dispatching and hacking sections are simple, but they strengthen your connection with the team. It left a real void when the credits rolled.9/10

Интерактивный мультсериал который мне понравился, ничего сверординарного обычная супергероика с кучей персонажей которые были "вдохновлены" другими произведениями, если честно то советуй ВСЕМ поставил 7 потому что можно было бы чуть больше интерактивности сделать и лучше раскрутить сюжет

Jogo sensacional, divertido, duração na medida certa, personagens muito bem escritos e humor muito bom, adoraria uma sequência para poder ver mais desses personagens.

بازی خوبی بود لذت بردیم داستان و گیم پلی خوبی داشت. در اصل مثل دیدن انیمیشن بود ولی با انتخاب دیالوگ توسط خودم.

A fun cinematic experience that gives you plenty of choice in the way the story goes. There really isn't much to hate in this game apart from the actual gameplay being a bit boring after a while.

10/10 I went into this game with somewhat high expectations after hearing such good things from my friends, and man did this one deliver. Besides the beautifully written story, the art direction and score were some of my favorites in recent memory. This had one of the best stories I’ve ever played in a video game, and you can really feel the impact of the choices you make. Felt like I had found my new favorite Netflix show, not to mention there were some moments in this game that I was laughing out loud. Would highly recommend this to anybody who is into choice based games!

This game is funny, heart-breaking, sexy, romantic, yet crude and vulgar. It's perfect. In the growing world of Superhero IPs there are some unique and amazing character and villain designs. I loved every single one of these fun characters and I was generally sad when the game ended and will play a season 2 on day 1. This game would be a perfect 10 if it had just one thing --> a skip cut-scene option. Player choice should always be first when designing a game and stripping this choice from me made me want to put the game down after completion. WITH that option I would have jumped back in and probably played the game multiple more times to improve my percentages and play the different paths. Unfortunately with single cut-scenes that can last up to 20-30 minutes I just don't have the time for replaying the game. Maybe meet gamers halfway and after completing the main story once, you unlock the option to skip cut-scenes? If you love the story and want to sit through hours of cut-scenes again than good for you, that should be your option but just not hitting skip. A problem I have with most of these Choose-Your-Own-Adventure games is that 90% of the time, choices don't matter. Like a villain coming back to the team at the end of the game, or dialog options that mean nothing. These games usually have 2 major branches that play kind of different but end up the same. And another thing... romance options I find kind of embarrassing in games that border on gamer fan-fiction. Ridiculously hot girls want the main character from day 1 with no reason except for you to choose which hot girl you want and then tempt you constantly with the other choice throughout. But I did love the one romance I chose this play-through. Just wish I could play the other branch... just don't feel like dumping another 8-10 hours into it. At least not right now. Check out Dispatch for the fun and unique new superhero world and you won't be disappointed.

En tant que film (vaguement) plus ou moins interactif, c'est plutôt réussi, surtout si on enlève le côté interactif même si certains choix semblent vraiment décisifs... du moins, en apparence, car j'avoue ne pas avoir refait le jeu pour voir les réelles différences (déjà que je l'ai pas terminé, alors bon...). La réalisation de ce dessin animé est en effet très convaincante et digne d'un grand studio (lorsqu'ils font du dessin animé de ce genre, bien sûr). Oui, on ne s'ennuie pas et en plus, c'est de temps en temps assez drôle... malgré, il faut le mentionner, un côté décidément provocateur, vulgaire et volontiers putassier. Quelques moments sont gênants de malaisance et de mauvais goût et d'ailleurs, ils n'ont pas de raison d'être là, sinon celle de la provocation et/ou de la complaisance... Bref, ce jeu-film donne l'impression d'une 'poubelle ambulante' en plus de ses clichés et de son agenda maladroit de bons sentiments et de donneur de leçons... Pour autant, les personnages sont souvent intéressants à suivre au sein de cette équipe de bras cassés et de cassos en tout genre... Dommage du coup, qu'aucun doublage français ne soit disponible, car l'amerloque n'a pas le même impact, y compris avec tous ces gros mots à chaque phrase. Les petites missions sur la carte tournent en boucle malgré un effort de diversité et s'avèrent beaucoup trop répétitives. Je faisais exprès d'envoyer les pires abrutis sur les missions inadéquates, juste pour qu'ils se viandent comme des cons. Au moment du bilan, c'était assez... lamentable pour l'équipe de baltringues... mais ça n'empêche pas de continuer, de progresser dans l'histoire, heureusement. Les phases de piratage avec ces conneries de qte sont aussi fort ennuyeuses, ma foi. En dehors de ça, l'interface est assez bien faite, y compris à la manette et la musique plutôt électro est bien sympathique. Néanmoins, la malaisance générale et la répétition globale persistante empêchent largement de recommander un jeu... bien peu interactif en définitive.

The voice acting is stellar, and the music playlist perfectly complements the vibe, whether the scene calls for humor, dark intensity, or a 'cool' moment. What sets this apart is how it handles character development. The way the stats system interacts with the time-travel mechanics and the protagonists' egos adds a surprising amount of depth to the gameplay. Even the puzzles offer a genuine challenge that keeps you engaged across episodes. If you enjoy narrative-driven games that lean heavily into character building and aesthetic, Dispatch is essential to play.

This game was my game of the year for 2025. It was like watching Invincible with high quality cartoon. The voice actors were great, game play was different/innovative, also great fun factor. In addition, was funny, heroic and love the gameplay of leaving missions to luck. Highly recommendation.

Seriously, play Dispatch. It's a fresh take on narrative games the cinematic storytelling and QTEs are engaging, but what makes it special is how the dispatching mechanics between story segments actually feel important. Great pacing, characters you care about, solid all around. The romance options were a letdown, but the rest more than makes up for it. Recommend it.

Fun game to play, with great animations. The mix of cutscenes and 'quicktime events' is not my cup of tea: at least give me a warning of when the latter is about to come up.

An absolute gem, I completely fell in love with this game. The characters are incredible, and the core gameplay of working as a dispatcher is surprisingly entertaining and addictive. What surprised me the most was the story, it's fantastic, deeply mature, and genuinely compelling. It is highly recommended! My only complaint is that I wish it had lasted longer; I just couldn't get enough of it.
