Devastator (2015)

Devastator is an immensely tough but satisfying twin-stick shooter from Radian Games.

Regardless, the graphics are awesome, the music is fun, and the gameplay itself is pretty hard and challenging, so it should be a treat for any dual-stick arcade shooter fan, as long as you can get used to subpar controls.

More neon-infused shooty goodness from one of iOS's most dependable developers, and with plenty of challenge for the jaded.

What's baffling is that this game is so tilted against being fun and accessible, and that's the polar opposite of what Radiangames' games do.
