This tongue-in-cheek and beautiful film is full of metaphors, wonderful imagery and deep, intriguing conversations. Yeaah another NBC film, I guess no words needed to explain how it was amazing in terms of photography, cinematography and so on. It is just another NBC work and how it has to be. But what I liked about this film was firstly successful explanation of existential problems of people from small village. Maybe its topic seems dull or monotonous, but the way that NBC expressed the problem is very strong. Secondly, films may be longer than standard films (3 hours). If you think there are lots of scenes that make film boring, I am sorry but you are mistaken. Because at the end I felt that every scene was necessary to get closer to Sinan's feelings. All of scenes as if helps us to understand, perceive Sinan`s feelings . There was one scene where Her Mother watched some turkish film alongside her daughter, in the scene from film, mother (I guess) slapped his son`s face. Maybe that episodes inspired mother to make "why didn`t you get the money from him, I sent to you there bla blah" conversation with her own son, Sinan. It is not secret that we all can be inspired by something and apply it somehow. Or just the topic and conversation with these religions guys maybe show Sinan`s concern or protest about his father. And I would love to say that final scene where there was one shot, Sinan used suicide method to finish his life, actually there were 2 times of suicide message. But it showed Sinan killed previous Sinan (?) and kill his feelings towards his father or even maybe give up on his poetry passions alongside the previous reasons. Yeaaah you see how powerful this film is. Especially 3 moments touched me so hard. Firstly Sinan`s conversation with his mother when he gave his book to his mom with own signature, Secondly again her conversation with his mom after his father throw away his dog`s pic, and finally when Sinan`s found out newspaper`s article about his own Ahlat Agaci book in dad`s pocket. They made me very sad, they touched my heart and soul so hard. ohh my god

A deadly drama. Breathtaking war film. I dont know who was the director, but they depicted 1st world war very well. There were 2-3second moments in the film which it can take you to think about it for 3-4hours, there were 2-3 seconds moments in the film that you can dive into it and stay here for 3-4 hours.. Yeah really deserved to take time and watch it !!

a girl who I crush on her recommended this film to watch. So do I. It was surprisingly okay. I didn`t understand where it was going on till nearly half of it. But after 2nd jacket time, the film went crazy. Full of fantasy and drama. Some little action, little change can change the everything in our live - key point I got from it. The best thing in film was acting, especially Adrien Brody, Keira Knightley (her fav actress), apart from story (though it is fantasy)

Yeah.. One more film about WWII, but in a different way that I liked! It was not a very special one but also not an ordinary one. What I liked about this masterful visual storytelling film, is a connection of events happening in the different times and different places. Director made it perfectly suitable to each other. It's gripping, perilous and uniquely envisioned! Liked that one!

I am currently reading "**** Deus" from Yuval Noah Harari. And I have read there something about human being vs robot fight and end of the human race somehow. But now I have finished to watch this "The Matrix" film which was about the topic. Can`t imagine my feelings now and when I was watching and compare this feelings with the time when reading the book. Just wow! Pure wow! I loved this so much! I used to always think about pure intelligence and pure emotional life together in an ideal life. The end of this film helps me imagine this togetherness one more time like I did in the past years... Love it! 10/10!

I watched this film one week ago and then one terrible thing happened to me. I broke my phone. It is okay I know, but it is the 4th time in the same year and I felt terrible when noticing that broke. But I suddenly thought that okay Vusal remember that films you recently watched. Did you remember what these guys were doing when meeting terrible stuffs. Yes they are doing their works whenever happens if it is someting they can not prevent it to happen. Yes I did say to me these. When I watched this film, and saw their grandpa died, they nearly did not catch registration, I understood the main target of film, key point in it. I got it babe. Yeeeaah that s the lesson I learned from this beautiful, nice and very sweet film!

one of My friends who has great taste of films recommended to watch it after showing one scene from it. Maybe you already got which scene is that. Yeah in the early minutes of it, whey they were invited as a team to night (I think), and they stood in front of mirror looking at crowd. And Boom! This was one of the best scenes I have seen ever. Then I decided to watch it immediately.

Maaan, what a film it is! I finished it almost now, and this shocked me and said me again and again "never use drug!". I have watched lots of men when they using drug. But after spending my time on watching this masterpiece, I am sure I will never use it. This is the pretty valuable "don't use narcotic/drug" ad I have seen ever. Actually, I watched lots of films, even show in theatre, but this one is really powerful in its own way. Also can be added that in terms of acting, especially performance of Jared Leto, it is type of the film I would love to rate as 8 star.

Early minutes into the movie seem really boring, and as if talk to us the end of story, everything I already knew about slavery. But after moments and moments, it takes point and direction. Especially great story, superbly acted and beautifully shot can be noted.
