American Assassin0
Jan 17, 2018
This movie is not just badly executed, it's also stupid, and the way they've represented the Iranian people and Iran's foreign policies is just "f****d up"! i got no other words to explain this. and Michael Keaton going from working with Alejandro on Birdman, and films like spotlight to this "American assassin" is just such a downgrade. I give 0 out of 10 to this film. and i'm type of a person, who believes that there's no such thing as a bad film, but this film is bad, beyond explanation.
i know that it's based on a poor novel, which aimed for something else, but not every novel should deserve the chance to become a film.

If i have to give you one tip about this beautiful film, and it is this; patience.
you don't need to understand it ,you don't need to analyze it, just let go and feel it.

This movie messed up my head beyond repair, i lived in Berlin for almost a year i kinda felt like i was there, the cinematography & the storyline is just too perfect, its too good to be true, in other words super realism.

I was laughing through the whole film, and trust me i'm a guy who loves this director and all of his previous films, but i'm really sad of how simple minded he thought of his own audiences, i got exactly what he was trying to say, but to me it was just such a simplistic way of story telling. watch the film as if Jennifer lawrence and javier bardem was not in it, watch it as if a normal ordinary guy was the director and the writer of it i'm sure you would have hold a different opinion but if not, you are entitled to your opinions.
i think the only reason you didn't let yourself feel the way i did when i watched this film, or let yourself criticize it for a second, was because its a major film made by a major director and your mind unconsciously telling you that you don't know better than him.

Inherent Vice9

Watching inherent vice is like reading a book, but your not reading it your basically watching it... youth movement in the United States during the early 1960s. and in my opinion i can't name a better film than "Inherent vice" that can give you a vision of what was actually going on.
