Unique for its type; powerful film. amazing editing, music and special effects. The Tom Hardy scenes are somehow moving in an unusual way.
Sparse dialog but what there is, is very good.

I don't understand the negative reviews of this film. The screenplay is amazing and the acting, especially by Jennifer Lawrence, is top-notch. There will be a 25 year edition of this film. You heard it first.

I didn't believe this film could be as good as the reviews and delayed watching it until today. It is the best film I've seen this year. That anybody knows how to make a film like this is even hard to believe and yet there it is. Enjoy!

I could not help but be fascinated with this movie. Three hours plus but so spellbinding it didn't seem like it. A beautiful film, amazingly directed.

Good movie. Using the same actors over a 12 year period was very interesting but something was missing. I'm not even sure what it was but it wasn't there.

Brilliant all the way around and therefore a very rare American film. Nothing this original has come along since Pulp Fiction. And like Pulp Fiction every actor who opens their mouth does a great job. The Sag award goes to best ensemble. This film is the winner. Inarritu's direction is pure and clean and exciting. See this film and then see it again

Stunning performance by Cate Blanchett. Beautifully directed by Woody Allen. 2013 is one of the great years of motion picture history. People will look back from 50 years and say "My God did you see the nominees for the 2013 Oscars?!

An amazing film with an equally amazing performance by Leo DiCaprio. The intense relationship between Mr. DiCaprio and Jonah Hill reminded me of Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci in Raging Bull. Its the very best by all involved. I find the criticism of this film because it degrades women, glorifies money, and promotes drug use down right silly. Its a great movie about men who degrade women, glorify money and use drugs.

A beautiful film with wonderful acting, and for those who have an interest in the folk scene in New York in the 1960's, its certainly a dream come true. Additionally, John Goodman, gives one of the best performances of his career.

A good film for sure. But grim and sadistic. It will win many awards I'm sure but I don't think Best Picture will be one of them mainly because the direction of the film is awkward at times and often intrusive

Yes the 3D is impressive because we, the viewer, are unaware of the detailed view of the international space station but after that we are watching a very mediocre film. What's the George Clooney character all about?

A brillant classic American film with intense, terrific ensemble acting not seen since "Pulp Fiction". Oscar acting noms for everybody especially Christian Bale, Amy Adams, JLaw, and Jeremy Renner.
