After nearly 20 years still holds the best p-survival horror game ever title. Team Silent knew how to make games too bad Konami canned them and the series fell into a pit of halfassed idiocy driving Konami not to publish games anymore.
It should be called loading screen simulator. There is no town, nothing really. Not even CC can save this mess. Overpriced on all levels. Why does this even exists on the shelves it's a greatest mistery. Talking about anything else or about it's halfassed overpriced expansions is pointless. Sims series are dead for me EA games is finished forever. I will care again for Sims games when it will be made by a different company, by different people who are passionate about their creations. Who ever plays this and praises this game or EA is an lost idiot not sure what else to say about them. Sadly looks like there will be always some amount of clueless people trowing money at EA and EA will ofc milk them with their unfinished products. Great potential gone to waste. It was a expensive dlc with terrible designed items in it. The cars are ugly as hell and every thing that came with it as well. Probably the worst dlc in the series.
Great open world, the only thing that is enjoyable here. But even that falls into crap due to forever loadings and constant lags. Lot's of bugs and glitches even on high end PCs. Not worth the full price at all. Maybe in future there will be a miracle and a PC that makes this game run properly.

NOW MY REVIEW: Collection of luxurious furniture, fashionable clothing, and extravagant decor items. Create lavish homes furnished with the finest modern bedroom, living room, and dining room sets. 60 items in total. This costed around 5 euro where I lived and later it was added to special packs for peanuts. The price was right for what you get.
The last great Sims game in the series. Great expansions that can be re-played multiple times. The community still makes great custom content for it and looks like it will stay like this forever.

Great open world with nice graphics, npcs are smart enough, nice driving physics, etc which wasn't really that common back in a day when this game was released. The PC version lacks the soundtrack but I listen to winamp anyways so it's pointless for me to a PC game have a soundtrack. I suggest everyone to do the same as me. Nice amount of cars but the bunch of dlcs kinda killed it for me, all those cars should be in the base game. Nothing really to do in this game but to race. It's a single player game but without internet connection you wont be able to start any races. It gets race options and data from the cloud. So on that part it's a fail. Keep in mind I played it back in a day when it came out and today this game is a dead fossil, the servers are down and there are no patches.
Great atmosphere, story, music, big map with variety of landscapes. Very well made characters and quite likable. Story based on real life events and blended in very well into this fictional world. Great content overall. The minus is the graphics because back then there were already open world games with better graphics. So we knew it's possible but rs decided to not invest much into it and tbh I doubt the people there knew what are they doing coding wise. Either way it's still a great game and quite enjoyable. For me the PS2 version had better sounding and atmosphere while the PC version was tech heavy back then and had tons of glitches and bugs. The tons and tons of mods are what kept this game alive for years so as the fanbase held multyplayer. Overall a really enjoyable good game.

When you install mods it can get you banned because the Online option is always pushed in your face. Basically it always needs connection and saves everything in a cloud, why. Unnecessary really. GTA4 was a downgraded garbage without content. GTAV was an overhyped garbage which ended up the same way. It had a bit more content and that's it. It did made lots of money thanks to it's fanbase but it doesn't mean it's a perfect product. I don't have high hopes for quality games anymore. So after all these years being a fan I am completely disapointed and I am finished with Rockstar games and seems forever.
