I might be in the minority, but I prefer playing runners on my TV. The gameplay is very simple, But there are little nuances to the game that can make a world of difference in the form of upgrades you can give your vehicle. The sense of speed is very cool in this game, in fact I think it slightly surpasses my favorite Tron run/r, though the gameplay is not as deep as that game, it keeps you on your toes the whole time. Very solid game.

I bought the game thinking it was going to be like Hyper void/Tempest, but its nothing like those two, well it does have one similarity to hyper void and that's in the environmental obstacles. Besides that the shooting style is more like Rez mixed with Laserlife. The hybrid is interesting, Its fun, and very challenging.

Its no where near as bad as people are claiming it is! In fact I would dare call this game a lot fun! from the very entertaining story, to the intuitive controls (although I think Titanfall 2 & Halo 5 beat it with smoother controls) Its a very entertaining game, Zombies is awesome as well. The only thing I would complaint about is the health bar! Make it bigger like Halo! Camping is not nearly as effective in that game because of it.

Suddenly the Xbox one has a nice library of shmups! (Especially if you count backwards compatible games like Guwange, Strania, Ikaruga, Triggerheart Exelica, R-Type Dimensions and Omega five) This is a very solid game, from the graphics to the music its all solid, like most people I do feel its a bit short (even for shmup standards) but like most shmups it still has excellent replay value, especially for those of us that aren't the best at these games. Its just a tad easier than most cave games.

A different type of shmup, a twist on Space Invaders type of game play. You're an exterminator killing these bugs that are jumping all around you trying to kill you, you have others flying over you spitting poison on you, and your blasting away trying to clear 30 stages of mayhem. The game does start a bit slow, but I think it was because they really went for pacing, which is excellent. The game offers multiple diffulty levels, nice upgrades, and various objectives. Excellent replay value, very fun.

I had a lot of fun with the game, it felt like Ghost N Goblins done shmup style! No bullet hell here, but the bullets coming at you will definitely keep you on your toes! Especially when the hit box is basically your whole character. The controls are tight, you get plenty of weapons, and you get to upgrade your character! The gameplay is deep, the story is entertaining, overall its highly recomended if you like side scrolling shooters.

I'm a fan of Tesla & Shmups so this was a no brainer for me. Like many shmups the game is not easy, but its very approachable in the Novice setting, even then its no cake walk. Some people don't like the style, but personally I enjoy the Steampunk/Tesla style it shoots for. The nice thing about the game is that it comes with another game that's basically a runner/shmup hybrid, its very interesting & addicting! Some have even claimed its the better game! lol Personally I enjoy the shooting aspect a bit more, but I must admit its a nice complement. As a package its totally a 10 worth the 10$

I bought the game having low expectations, but with the hope that the game would be patched up sooner or later. To my surprise the game is a lot of fun!! Not only that, the game runs smooth!! The controls are tight!! IGN claimed there was noticible frame rate rate drops but I have not noticed it, maybe there was a day one patch? I don't know, but what I do know is that after finishing 70% of the game I have not noticed anything. Some have claimed the controls feel sloppy, Wrong!!! I play mostly twitch type games, so I can tell pretty quickly if some games have sloppy controls, and I guarantee you this game has good controls! In fact the only thing I can think of is the Jump button, when you lightly touch the jump button Beck will barely jump off the floor, But when you press it longer he will max out his jump, so I have died a few cheap deaths when I lightly jumped, when I should have maxed it out, sure I got upset!! But that was my fault, I'm not some clown that will blame the game!! So its funny to me how so many people that havent even played the game are judging it based on other peoples opinions! If you like Mega_man Buy it! Its a great game, its tough so most people will not like it, I think that's what has upset so many people. At least people that have played, which apperantly not many have.

Story: Basically your a program trying to Escape, that's it, but it makes sense if you have seen the movies & anime. Gameplay: People that haven't really played the game immediately want to compare this to Temple runner or some other Phone game, but its far from it, yes its a runner, but you have platforming that would not work in a phone game, you trow your disk at enemies trying to prevent you from escaping (some of them throw their disk at you), you fight those tanks that are reminiscent to the Original Tron. X-Factor= Bicycle races give you a nice change of pace, your bicycle life cycle is constantly close to diminishing so you have to go throw these little bridge like things in order to get more power, you also get more speed, it feels similar to F-Zero or something, you also have enemies on bikes harrasing you. Not sure how something like this would work on a phone!! Its not as fun as the other mode, but its still very enjoyable. Not a fan of the Micro transactions but you don't actually need to buy anything, you get Bits every time you beat a level, they can be used for upgrades to max your score, I never use them until I have played the stage a few times (getting Bits in the process) only then do I use them to try to max out my score, sometimes you need to use them in order to beat a stage. I would also recommend buying the Deluxe version, you get everything including different characters to use, and a lot of bits. The game is not perfect but its a great foundation to build on!

Mix in Tempest, Ikaruga, and the space giraffe, you get Hyper Void, a game that initially dissapointed me, the first 4 levels or so are very easy, flying through wormholes felt gimmicky, and the controls felt too simple because you only press side to side, but then you fly upside down, and the controls flip, then you want to **** about why its so needlessly hard lol it takes time to get used to it.... There are 29 levels to this game, eventually the game gets tough, Dark Souls tough, all types of obstacles will be thrown your way, most will be scared off, the controls are funky (in a good way, it just takes a bit of time) it wasn't till I passed 10 levels or so that I felt comfortable with the controls, but even then they are always throwing new stuff at you, at some points it feels like your traversing a 3d ikaruga... I have only passed 20 levels, spent 15 hrs getting there, so for 10$ its a pretty good deal, slowly but surely I have been enjoying the game more and more. I have noticed that every time I pass a new level I'm making huge jumps in the leaderboards, so I know i'm not the only one thinking its tough! lol If your into shmup type games this is a must buy, these games require concentration, so most people should play something like this! lol But I know the difficulty could scare them, so if your up to it its only 10$.

First things first, the game is fun, well its fun if you don't mind dying often lol I have played it around 5 hrs and have already died 50 times or so, but I can't stop playing it! lol The game seems simple, from the graphics, to the randomly generated levels, to all the weapons you can play with. But there is a lot of strategy to the game, you get to carry two weapons at a time, but some weapons are only good in certain situations, often the wrong combination of weapons will land you in heaps of trouble! lol Or at the very least cause you to miss out on alot of points, a good rule of thumb is to never carry similar type weapons, like for example torpedos & homing missiles, I used them once and unfortunately the screen got loaded with enemies, both of those weapons are not very fast so I only killed like 20% of them, and wound up taking some damage.... After each boss fight you get opportunities to upgrade your ship, or guns, or score, personally I am still trying to figure out what works best for me.... The shooter is a lot of fun, but its not perfect, there are little things I can nitpick, but the only one that I think holds the game back a little is the graphics, they are charming and all, but definitely not original, they don't hurt the game at all, the gameplay rocks, but I do think some better graphics would make the game better. so that's why I took off a couple points.

I am not a fan of turn based games, or whatever this is, but I must admit I did enjoy this game, in spurts lol It starts out easy but half way through the challenge quickly escalates, which is good I guess because it started to get boring killing everyone so easily, the combat can get repetitive (especially when your trying to get some XP) but there are nice environmental puzzles to change up the pace, besides that its bare bones ... Even though there is Killing it does not feel very violent at all, your basically hitting monsters with magic from far away, so personally I would buy this for a child. It seems perfect for a 12 year old or something. The story is good enough for an adult to enjoy enjoy, but its basic enough for a child to understand... Overall I score this game Above Average because I expected a little more, a little more story, more exploration, its a very basic game, If It was $60 I would give it a 4! But for 15$ Its definitely slightly above average, its worth it just to enjoy the beautiful graphics!

The game is a runner, it says so on the title, so if you buy it and give a low score because its a Run/r than you have other bigger problems!! lol But seriously some of us like games like this, games that are easy to pick up but hard to master, and Tron does that with shiny graphics. It does everything fairly well, so well you shouldn't take anyone who scores it below a 5 serious. 5 being an average runner, the rest depends on how much of a Tron fan you really are, because a true Tron fan knows you can only do so much in the Tron universe. Disney did a good job of making the universe come alive, (except for occasional glitches I have spoted, nothing major, I expect them to patch it up soon) the price is a little steep that's why I deducted one point.

They never really master the first levels so they are shocked when the hard levels smack them in the face, even then it does not guarantee you will have an easy time with the harder levels, no one is Naturally good at these games, some people just give up easier than others.

I don't like GTA at all, but for some reason I really enjoy this game! I don't know if its excellent Mini games that completely throw you a curve ball, for example, in one you control a Huge Spider that wrecks havoc on the City! In another your Driving a Car killing Demons! lol Its awesome! There are at least 3 more that add to the fun, you also have chess, poker, etc its really easy to forget about the story and side missions. The story is actually Very Underrated, the thing is most people don't notice that the City is actually telling part of the story, people just need to pay attention, maybe collect a few audio clips that are scattered all over the city. I would give the game a 9 but of course the Trollls ruin things for everyone so I rounded up to a 10.

If I was a parent this is the type of game I would buy my kids (maybe for kids 8+), you need to memorize moves, then practice applying them in different environments, often times it feels puzzle like. Very fun shmup!! What sets it apart is a cool Warping mechanic mostly used to get out of the way of stuff, often times you will have to Warp over a stream of shots/flames etc, which gives the game a unique feel. And it doesn't stop there! As you play you will earn points that will help you upgrade your ship, upgrades like a diamond shield, auto bomb, Warp destroys ships, etc. Now you won't be able to use them all at the same time!! You will need to pick out one, and the weapons you start out with, talking about weapons you have two guns, each has its own button, left & right, you can have a nice spread shot on your left, and missiles on your right, of course some are better in different situations... YOu would think that all of these features would make the game too easy, but they don't! lol You can unlock more continues, but every time you loose all your lives you have to start over points wise, so if you care about your score you will have to master the game, I can get to level 5 ok, but then I completely get destroyed in the last 2 levels, there are 6 total, all having boss fights, many mini boss fights. I bought the game for $5 on Xbox live Indie section, and I thought it was a steal!! Not sure how much its going for at steam, but I would gladly pay $20 for it.

Besides that it was a lot of fun blasting Zombies, there was variety to the missions, some you where forced to go stealth, others blast away, and other times you had a choice. For all the amount of content I can't help but give this game a perfect score, it exceeded my expectations, if it was a 60 $ game I would still give it at least an 8 because of its high replay value, at least for those who like hardcore games! If you love pinball its a no brainer, buy it and have some fun! The physics is spot on, the tables seem to be exact replicas of these thousand dollar machines... but the game is not perfect, pinball is timeless, but a lot of the music is not, I wish you could lower the volume so you could listen to your own music but you can't, your also forced to buy the $29.99 seasons, (unless you want to pay 5.99 for one or two tables) and right before you buy it they offer you a $10 owner upgrade, that lets you add more balls to the table, like you can in real life if you own it, among other little things,,, a lot of this stuff comes free/standard with Zen pinball so that upset me a bit. You also automatically download all the tables even if you only get it for the freebie, it makes it cool to check out other tables, they give you a couple of minutes to really get a feel for the table, but then if you don't want it you have to keep it in the memory or erase the whole thing, memory is tight nowadays so it would have been nice if you could erase what your not using (like in Zen Pinball lol) But hey I still love the game with all its faults, I am not not one of those "your either Zen/Pinball FX, or Pinball Arcade" people, I enjoy them both, I think they greatly compliment each other.

Much better than I thought it was going to be! Soo many people crying about how this is Far Cry 3.5 that I actually hesitated to pre order it. But now that I have played the game, wow those people are clowns!! Yes it has a FC3 feel, but only like all Halo games feel Haloish, all COD feel like COD, etc... If you where a serious fan of the previous game you will notice many little things have changed, so many that it feels like the true sequel that it is, for example All the vehicles drive a bit different now in order to accommodate using your gun while driving, it can feel a bit weird, but I guess driving with your gun out in real life is probably not the most natural feeling, still drives great, a new vehicle is a jiro copter and that makes it easier to get to places faster, and you use your gun!! The story is actually pretty good, and in some aspects actually surpasses the last time. But it involves reading letters written by other characters, it really takes the story to a grand scale, those non readers are the ones upset with the story, none of the characters really compare to Far Cry 3 crazy bunch, Its just a different environment, people have different motivations. The difficulty has been taken up a notch from the last one, There are sooo many more things to do! Yes similar to the last game but many have been tweeked quite a bit, one thing I noticed immediately was when I was liberating a post, I was around a hundred yards away looking for cover and mortar dropped on my head! (at least most of them) They do a solid job with the physics, but many of the tables do "fantasy stuff" you typically won't see on a regular pinball table, like like Skywalker using "the Force" to manipulate the ball, that sort of stuff. I don't mind Zen being creative, but I do know a few tables don't use that stuff like the Street Fighter Table which is pretty basic. Some people may see the tables as a Money Grab, but I don't, the tables are really well made and if you like pinball its a great deal. sometimes you buy 3 tables for 9.99 but I easily surpassed that at the arcades when I was a kid.
