Played 5 rounds, got ambushed by a team at the extraction, with a mine and them sitting in the dark. Refunded and uninstalled. Don't waste your time and money. It's just not worth it.
Disappointing - it is like playing GoT with another character, with worse story and awful voice acting. Had to switch to Japanese with subtitles :-/. Nothing is really new, gameplay is ok-ish but everything is very repetitive. The massive amount of unskippable cutscenes completely kill the flow of the game.
If you like to play heal and you are playing solo - stay away and don't bother. You will geht slaughtered everytime by super agile characters jumping and destroying you. Extreme frustrating experience.
Really insanely good game - Ninja Theory nailed this one. I loved the first game and this is even better, at least for me. Great Story, fantastic graphics, unbelievable good sound design and altogether an awesome experience. Played it at 1080p with an i7- 8700k oc and RTX 3070 with 60-80 fps on highest settings. I really enjoyed it. Thank you Melina Jürgens for that performace - never had so many goosebumps before in a game.
This game is pure trash. Read the patent for the matchmaking: when you buy stuff in the shop you get a really good gaming experience shortly after. I had matches with 5+ k/d on an invasion map where I played against BOTS that didn't even shoot back. After that game I got into lobbies where I ended up with 0.1 k/d getting totally destroyed. The matchmaking is the worst I have every experienced and I played Overwatch 2, and thought this was trash. MW3 is a shop with a game attached. Unstable, unoptimized, bugged und infested with cheaters. Well done Newbievision, well done.
Super chill and relaxing game. I played it during the early access times and played the campaign 3 times since then. I just love the atmosphere, digging deep down into the planets and visit others. Never played such a relaxing game before. I love it. <3 The tutorial tries to help you get along with the ui etc. - and it can be quite weird sometimes - but once you understand how to learn new stuff and create/build things, you will start to explore. You want your base underground? No problem! Or maybe near the clouds? Just build it and have fun doing it. It's very easy/simple and that's the beauty of it.
15 Minutes into the game and felt the urge to uninstall because of the blatant and disgusting propaganda. Kept playing just to witness the game crashing after an extremely long unskippable intro without the possibility to manual save. Did that part a second time and played about another 45 minutes and quit the game after super cringe dialogues and puzzles. Being interrupted all the time due to "you have to do this" and "how have to do that in order to..". Thanks but no thanks. Don't waste your time and money. The 1 point is for visuals - looks really good. The rest is just bad as hell.
If you are looking for a fast-paced, feel-good action game, then this isn't for you. I really enjoyed "under the waves" because it is slow and very atmospheric. I recommend turning off the music completely. Without the music it feels like you are really down there, alone with your thoughts and the sounds of the ocean. Being a big fan of the Abyss movie, I really liked the game a lot. After a few hours, I encountered an extremely annoying bug: PS5 error CE-100028-1 pop-ups constantly (“no free space for save” but I had over 160 gb free space). Rebooting my ps5 did the trick but unfortunately the error did come back after some time. The swimming controls are a bit weird, but the little submarine you are in feels great to maneuver. Even with the flaws and some glitches (I was stuck 3 times while swimming and collecting stuff and had to reload) I highly recommend the game. Get down there and see for yourself. Very good and chill story game, and it looks absolutely fantastic! (And yeah, the lip sync was totally off - but that didn't bother me at all.)
Do not buy this hot pile of garbage. PS5 version is stuttering way too often. The fights get really frustrating with the massive fps drops. I really liked the first game and bought this one on the day it launched. One of the mistakes I will never do again. Super frustrating and disappointing. And don't get me starting on the boss design - holy .... Like to die alot? This is for you. edit: I forgot to mention that after 6 hrs of playing the save file on PS5 crashed on loading - every time. Had to start a new game, then go back to main menu and load the corrupted file. That helped but after this I didn't bother to keep on playing. Just had enough.
They really killed OW1 for this. It's absolutely disgusting. The game I loved to play since the beta is just gone and I don't get it back. OW2 is so much worse in every aspect. Greedy devs made an absolute trash game. GZ! U did it again! Looking at you Diablo Immoral.
