By far the worst pokemon of all entries. The game was unbelievably boring for both the region and the story. Kalos region is incredibly blend, uninspiring, and incoherent. The game pacing is unbearable. It's incredibly slow at the start, and slowly the story got extremely fast once you got the mega evolution where you would clear 2-3 gyms in 1 hour. In fact, the game would get even faster than that all the way until you are about to beat the main villain. Then they will hit you with 10 team flare battles from time to time with the exact same pokemons. and after beating the villain, the game would get slow IMMEDIATELY, catching you completely off guard as you were expecting some good stories after beating the world ending villain. I genuinely do not believe anyone could make a worse game than this.
I do not know what to speak of this game. If anything, the game has successfully tarnished the prestige of Pokemon game - that it was universally seen to be always the most polished JRPG game series available in the Nintendo system, even though sometimes the story can be a bit lackluster. However, ever since Scarlet and Violet, it had ruined this prestige of Pokemon games going forward. I doubt long-time pokemon games supporters would dare to purchase any new pokemon games without hesitation anymore in the future, even though the new game Legends ZA had taken more than 1 year to make.
A good successor after Fates and Awakening. Yet it fails to capture the same magic of its predecessors. Still, it is a massively better game than Engage.
Epic and a tragic story with an even harder gameplay than birthright, Fire Emblem Conquest has balanced perfectly all the features they have built in Awakening.
This is one of the worst of the worst games, not just within fire emblem series, but in the realm of video games. Intelligent Systems have successfully destroyed all of their successful legacy - quick, fun tactics/ epic storytelling/ interesting and relatable characters design and turned this game into a bland, boring, uninspiring, irritating game that even an indie game on Steam would intrigue me more.
