Treasure Hunter Simulator6

3/5* These Are Just Notes Taken While I Played The Game* The Good: The level designs in this game are very detailed and some of them are very beautiful. Credz to the level **** treasures in this game are good and overall have decent amount of variety and quality of each type and as you progress getting better metal detectors you will get better treasure and higher quality. The Bad: Traveling these maps are not fun when you have to back track these levels over and over as you progress through the story mode to get money and to complete these levels at 100%. This leads me to another issuer.Unstuck is a feature that seems helpful at first but it is NOT. If you are walking around any of the bigger maps and your pretty far from the start of the level, if you get stuck then you hit unstuck in the menu. This brings you back all the way to the START of the level. This can be very frustrating as traveling in this game can be painfully slow even with running being a feature in this game. Tools. This game doesn’t do anything to provide more tools to assist in finding treasure easier and reduce the wandering aimlessly when going back to levels with newer metal detectors to find treasures that may have been missed with a lesser quality metal detector. The Ugly: Pacing for those who want to 100% each level. So the issue here is an accumulation of “The Bad” talking points. After 23 hrs I just said nah as I rather play something else then back track 8 times to drudge through the levels to 100% them. IMO: All in all with my talking pints. I am aware there is a second game in development and hope to see better improvements and more long term support as I saw in the reviews and discussions that the devs were quick to stop bug fixing and supporting this game as soon as they started working on their next project. All in all this game is fun for a bit and if your not looking to 100% this game then play story and you will have a decent time. This game to me is worth it on sale but not full price especially since there is a second game in development and will likely be a lot better then this one. Thanks for reading my ted talk! Played about 2 cups and had some fun but unless your a racing or F1 fan not really worth playing. I will state i did get this game through a humble bundle deal ages ago. Overall racing games are not really my thing at least not from your typical mario kart or crash tag team racing which are less traditional racing. Hence why I had fun since its not really a traditional racing game especially in the Formula 1 series.

Ashwalkers: A Survival Journey5
May 25, 2026
*These Are Just Notes Taken While I Played The Game* The Good: The story in this game has been interesting and one of the few points keeping engaged while playing. While you trek through the game there will be bits and pieces of story given to you and tell you more on the on going social and personal conflicts within this world. During your trek you will be told to make decisions and each one while have either a positive or negative reaction. I loved that whether you get to be stealthy and avoid as much conflict, or being diplomatic and try to solve things without any violence and a couple other choices as well! The Bad: Pacing... OMG the pacing in the game the characters walk but they walk so slow and maybe for me it should have speed walking or running with a negative buff on your survival status. I started to zone out a bit half way since the slow pace did deter me and made me feel **** Ugly: resources. After the 3/4th way of the game there is a sudden resource drought and it felt unexpected as most of the game there were enough resources to keep your squad alive enough to keep going. This could just be due to my play-through. More info on this in the IMO section. IMO: So this game... It’s been a pretty average experience for me and that’s due to having a good story to keep my attention but not enough where I would remember to play this game the next day. Thankfully, this game depending on how your play-through is, You can run through this game start to finish within 2-3 hours. Now talking about how long this can take you, this game pacing like I said before is really slow and may make you check the time thinking you spent 3-4 hours when it was only 30 minutes and that’s not a feeling I want a game to make me feel. To elaborate further on the resources section. This game has the choices and near the end I lost 2 out of the 4 squad mates. Will say 1 of them died due to my dumb choice but other one died due to being basically at the end but decided to take camp to prevent a death of one of them but due to once your at the end of the game you no longer get resources so your characters still lose survival status while being at the end where i feel should have not happened but none the less I lost my 2 squad mate due to this. Again thought will note this could be due to my play-through and the decisions I have made while playing. I call it ugly part of the game as I felt if you are at the end where I personally feel the survival status should no longer be in affect. Thanks for reading my ted talk! CachyOS

*These Are Just Notes Taken While I Played The Game*
★★★☆☆- Average. A three-star game is seen as adequate, offering a standard gaming experience. The Good: The level design are unique and are always different and more complex as you progress for each level. This game does have a nice difficulty curve for each level. The Bad: Top down view is interesting but i think the way the FOV was setup was causing nausea reaction so had to cut this game short. The Ugly: IMO: you may be wondering why there is only a few points. That is related to the nausea point I made before. After about 30 minutes. I had to stop playing all together. Games like these I usually do not go back to. I am not too upset as I got this game free from twitch prime a bit ago. This game is fun and is not too underwhelming. I have played a few Team 17 published games and this one I would is is not their best one. Reinkout games on the other hand from what i see this is is their only game. They did good for being their first game and it a shame they haven’t made anything else hope they have found work else where. Thanks for reading my ted talk! CachyOS

SteamWorld Dig10
May 22, 2026
Let's talk about this game. This was a fun and amazing game to play on the Steam Deck, so these are my thoughts on the game specifically from that portable **** game ran with no issues whatsoever, and I often played it docked on my TV. The performance was excellent. Thanks to the Steam Deck, I was able to optimize the CPU TDP and GPU to consistently get 5+ hours of gameplay on the Deck's battery when on the go.Speaking of the game itself, the gameplay is very simple but incredibly fun. The story is simple, too, but it’s interesting enough to keep your attention. I'll definitely say this kind of game gives me more dopamine hits than most others. I love that it’s all about digging down and slowly progressing through the story. The core loop has you digging, finding gems, returning to the surface to sell your haul, and then using that money to level up and get upgrades for all your tools and **** game's difficulty isn't too hard, and most of the time, your deaths will be due to miscalculations, like having a rock crush you or landing on top of an enemy. For me, my deaths were due to not keeping an eye on my health bar and always running it low. Maybe that's how the game gets you—you get complacent because the difficulty isn't brutal, and then boom, you make a silly mistake.Overall, this game was fun, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with it, and I'd recommend it to all gamers. It should be bought full price or on sale. SteamWorld Dig is a game that will definitely have you fuming for more! I give this game 5/5 for me.

Going Under10
May 22, 2026
★★★★★ stars"Going Under" is an unexpected gem that completely took me by surprise. Recommended by a sibling, I dove in without any prior research and emerged with a newfound appreciation for dungeon crawlers and roguelike games. The game breathes new life into the genre, offering a fresh, innovative take that kept me captivated. What sets "Going Under" apart is its exceptional storyline, which masterfully blends humor with a poignant critique of corporate America. Its randomly generated dungeons ensure that each run feels new and challenging, pushing players to their limits while also encouraging them to keep trying. The variety of weapons is a highlight, turning everyday office items into tools of dungeon **** difficulty is well-balanced; challenging enough to be engaging without being frustrating. The game smartly incorporates power-ups and permanent buffs, allowing for strategic customization of each run. Additionally, the inclusion of NPC co-workers who provide assistance adds a layer of depth and strategy, making each attempt unique."Going Under" excels in creating tense, edge-of-your-seat gameplay, where success feels rewarding and each run is a roll of the dice with the RNG gods. Whether purchased at full price or found on sale, this game is a must-own for fans of dungeon crawlers and roguelikes alike. Its unique blend of story, gameplay, and challenge makes it an essential addition to your library. Thanks for reading my ted talk! DOOM Eternal8
May 21, 2026
Rating: ★★★★☆ starsFYI this review is just for the Main campaign!"DOOM Eternal" is a masterpiece of visceral beauty and relentless challenge, a title that sets a new standard for the first-person shooter genre. Playing on an HDR-compatible screen, the game's graphics are a stunning juxtaposition of beauty and brutality, with each environment and character model rendered in exquisite, grim **** gameplay demands quick reflexes and strategic thinking, as players navigate through ingeniously designed levels filled with perilous jumps, boosts, and hidden secrets. The progression system is meticulously crafted, rewarding players with new weapons and upgrades that enhance the depth and variety of combat."DOOM Eternal's" level design is a triumph of creativity, seamlessly integrating platforming elements that require critical thinking and precision. The thrill of discovery in uncovering the game's many secrets adds a rewarding layer of complexity to the **** arsenal at your disposal and the endless hordes of demons provide a cathartic and exhilarating combat experience. The finishers, in particular, are a spectacle of gore and glory, delivering a visceral satisfaction that resonates with fans of the series. While I embarked on this journey on the "Hurt Me Plenty" difficulty, the game's challenge ramped up significantly towards the end, presenting a steep but fair difficulty curve that tested my skills without feeling insurmountable.A minor hiccup occurred with a persistent mouse cursor bug, which was swiftly resolved by disabling Steam input, underscoring the game's overall polish and the developer's attention to ensuring a seamless gaming **** conclusion, "DOOM Eternal" is an essential addition to any gamer's library, offering a blend of breathtaking visuals, innovative gameplay, and heart-pounding action. Its few flaws are easily overshadowed by its triumphs, making it a highly recommended purchase, especially if found on sale. Thanks for reading my ted talk! Cassette Beasts9
May 21, 2026
This game was the first creature collector that truly hooked me, aside from Pokémon. It struck the perfect balance of story, romance, combat, and side content.StoryThe narrative is captivating. You’re transported to another dimension where you must learn to fight using beasts captured on cassettes. Yes, cassettes—nostalgia for some, a mystery for others! With the help of other stranded citizens, you must explore the island, fight enemies, and unravel the mystery of how to return home. The story kept me fully engaged, encouraging me to pay attention to clues and details, as reading is key to progressing.Gameplay and PartnersThe main hub, Harbourtown, serves as your base of operations for buying items, upgrading gear, and accepting side quests. You start with one partner, but as the story unfolds, other characters join your team after completing their missions. You can only bring one partner at a time unless you play multiplayer, which offers a co-op mode with unique mechanics. My review focuses on the single-player experience.Building relationships with your partners unlocks personal side quests, offering meaningful rewards. These interactions add depth and keep the experience fresh.CombatThe turn-based battle system is simple but requires strategy. Each combatant starts with 2 Action Points (AP) per turn, which can increase based on your moves. AP management is key, as some powerful moves require multiple AP to execute. Battles with Archangels, the game’s bosses, introduce the Fusion mechanic, where you and your partner’s beasts combine into an ultimate form. Fusion doubles AP generation and enables devastating attacks, making these moments incredibly thrilling. Experimenting with different fusions became one of my favorite parts of the game.Side ContentThis game offers plenty of engaging side activities. Rogue Fusions are mini-boss fights featuring wild fused beasts surrounded by dark clouds. Defeating or capturing them yields valuable items and currency. Additionally, the Gauntlet mode introduces an endless train-based challenge. You battle increasingly difficult beasts and fused creatures as you progress through train cars, earning rewards. It’s a great post-game mode for players seeking more content.Final ThoughtsThis game impressed me with its mix of story, strategy, and unique mechanics like fusion. It’s an experience I highly recommend to fans of creature collectors and anyone looking for something fresh in the genre. With its engaging gameplay and robust side content, it’s well worth the investmentThanks for reading my ted talk! Blue Fire7
May 21, 2026
Blue Fire Rating: ★★★★☆ starsBlue Fire is one of the few Metroidvania games I’ve played, and while it didn’t hook me at first, it turned out to be an impressive challenge. Initially, the gameplay and combat felt overly simple, but as I progressed, the game showed its true depth. It kicked my butt at times but never enough to make me **** game features a variety of unique enemies and intricate platforming levels. Combat is simple but requires precise timing. Learning enemy patterns and the best strategies for defeating them was a challenge, but once I got the hang of it, fights became much more manageable. The progression system, including stronger weapons and upgrades, adds satisfaction. A late realization on my part was how vital parrying is—mastering it would’ve made many battles, especially boss fights, much more **** storytelling is engaging at times, though I occasionally found myself skipping through side characters’ dialogue. That said, the game’s main quest and side quests are well-crafted. There’s no waypoint or marker system, so paying attention to dialogue is essential for figuring out where to go. Despite my preference for waypoints, the developers did an excellent job making the directions intuitive.Platforming trials to upgrade health are a standout feature. These trials combine danger and precision in rotating platforms and wide jumps. They’re fun and challenging, though some were frustrating, especially when I lacked the recommended upgrades. Admittedly, I brute-forced some sections, which probably made it more challenging than it needed to be.Overall, Blue Fire earns 4/5 stars. The game offers a rewarding mix of combat, exploration, and storytelling, even if some fights and levels tested my patience. Its “Mixed” Steam reviews baffle me; I suspect they might stem from players who didn’t connect with the gameplay. Thanks for reading my TED talk! Declaimer: Not Very good at puzzle style games! Positives: I like how you have to think quick and act fast at some moments because if you don’t it could result in bob waking up even tho it seems at times he died from a heart attack. They even use the fake mirrors as portals to another location and invisible stairs to change the way on how gravity works. Negatives: Thats when the positives from me end tho. Sadly this game's story isn’t that interesting since it told through some pictures and some words [show pictures] but don’t show where Bob is in the in the real world. It would have been awesome to see him in the middle of a road or on a really high building about to fall. Another thing is the “dangers” of the game are not really that threating if anything I think its a bit silly at times when he gets by the whale train I think was pretty funny My Experience; ….{fake cough} well now time for my bias opinion of the game.I loved the game I dumped about 1.5 hrs in the game because again not very good at these puzzle games because my brain isn’t very good at finding solutions at a quick **** visual style of the game didn’t really appeal to me personally but it may appeal to others. Personally, I would recommend this game when its on sale or if it was ever in a humble bundle deal because thats where I got my copy of the game through The Yogscast charity bundle.

Fate: Undiscovered Realms5
May 17, 2026
*These Are Just Notes Taken While I Played The Game*The Good:Combat in this expansion has been enchanted a bit not too much from the initial game. The feel is decent but nothing revolutionary. The enchantment system has been improved a bit so odds of items being enhanced will be more useful then **** Bad:Pets/companions in this expansion are not improved in this expansion and they are mainly fodder for enemies while your focusing on the main enemy you are attacking. The fish transformations are slightly improved and more options are provided to you but most of them are slow and causes your pet to be behind or teleport to catch up with you. Additionally missed opportunity to have pets use powers as a additional assists while going through dungeons.Leveling in this game is about the same roughly and that it is a bit worse. This game may have been expecting you to use the character from the initial game but since i am on Linux and played this game via Heroic games launcher so it was not detecting the initial game so i started over with new character and as you through the game and dungeons the enemies level up way faster then you do so eventually you will run into issues where you need to restart one dungeon to level up more progress more in a different dungeon.Werebulls and Dragon Enhancers. These two enemies in this game are OP and are just a giant difficulty spikes riddles in the end game. These guys are easily able to reduce your health to zero if you are not paying attention to your health. Seems odd as the rest of the enemies in this game are either easy or a decent challenge but no concern of just a random half health gone if I blink while i am playing.I had a random bug with the power selection where randomly they would just switch out to another power without any **** Ugly:Equipment in this expansion is worse then the initial game as you go through the game enemies drop better equiptment then the stores at the start as you get stronger and deeper dungeons the loot seems to diminish in level and quality even when you get a few legendary loot that 8/10 either don’t work for your build or the character attribute needs are not met. This is either because your build is more dexterity based so strength may not have many points given to it so you can’t equip it etc. that same issue starts to happen as you deeper in dungeons the random equipment store, RNG store, and blacksmiths increase those attribute requirements and some point it becomes impossible to buy equipment that would function for your build. This made the end game be hard to progress easier through especially for the final big boss. Gold is something for sure. The economy here is very frugal. I am you get gold, you get lots of gold, you buy one enchanted helmet, lose half your gold... That like 2 hours of grinding gold by selling loot from dungeons and this leads me to another point. The sell quality is ridiculous cheap and the you will not get the value of the loot that matches the re-buy value. You sell a leather boot with 2 enhancements for like 200 gold(just a misc example) and the merchant will re-sell it back to you for 5000 gold. I am here like so not gonna give me at least 1500 gold... Makes buying anything in this game expensive and not worth unless it really suits the build you are creating. IMO:Let me get started by saying yes there is a lot of bad in this game but that is due to how this game is representing itself. This is calling itself a expansion of the initial game even tho its sold as separate game this could be due to when this game released. This game was okay nothing crazy new and anything it added was not crazy new and is a solid expansion of the initial game. Wish they improved the game more but there is a newer game that came out the following year hoping that game is a major improvement because if its not it will be a very disappointing game. This game is worth the little price they ask but on sale would be a better deal for this game. Thanks for reading my ted talk! BioShock Remastered8
May 4, 2026
The Good-The story is pretty intriguing and kept me wanting to progress the story.-Additionally to the story as you go about the game you will find voice messages of the characters you interact with and learn more of who they are and their personalities.-The powers in this game are fun and some can cause some wacky physics and also assist in killing enemies with environmental factors. A example is in this game there are water puddles and you can use electrical powers to shock the water and enemies in the puddle will insta die.-The Big Daddy’s in this game which are heavy enemies that are also the obstacle to overcome as they protect these mutated young girls called little sisters. These brutes can and will kill you instantly, if you are not ready for them.Once you kill them you have the choice of rescuing the little sister or destroying them. One choice has a better reward then the **** Bad-The guns here don’t really feel like they had any kick while using them.-The Enemies types in this game are very similar throughout the game and some of them are just re-skinned with more help. A good example is in this game there are bomber enemies and one of the bosses is just one of those enemies with more health and a slight difficulty spike compared to the normal version.-Money in this game had no full value of hoarding as ammunition was a plenty especially near the halfway point of this game and this made all the money you get kind of useless as you would only really use it to buy health kits or Eve(item to restore “mana” **** Ugly- Didn’t really have anything that I would consider the worse of the worse in my time playing this game.IMOIn my opinion this game is very fun and holds up very well in 2026.I played most of this game on Steam deck and docked on my TV.I enjoyed my time with this game and enjoyed the plot twist near the end of the game! I had some annoying moments but nothing that made me rage quit the game. This game is definitely recommended for new and likely returning players who may have played it back on the PS3 or Xbox 360 era. I never got play this back then as I thought it was a horror game. Now that I played this game and seen what this game has to offer glad I played it now and not back then as when it did come out, I was a small boy in elementary school lol. Over all this game was fun and looking forward to playing Bioshock 2 as I bought this game bundles with all the games back on a steam sale. This game is a 4/5 for me and buying this game at full price is worth it or on sale if you are a patient gamer/gamer with a big backlog. Thanks for reading my ted talk! Apr 19, 2026
So this game is 3/5 for me. I remember as a wee lad back when this game was bloat-ware pre-installed on my aunts windows 7 laptop. I remember it was a lite version of it and once you got to a point it required you to make a account on their launcher to play this game. This game is very diablo-esque dungeon crawler rpg. This game story is very simple and the gameplay pretty straight forward. I did have some annoying issues that made me get frustrated at this game. Lets get on with my quick thoughts on this. Gameplay is simple. You have a pet in this game. This pet is opposite of bullet sponge. Enemies are repeat assets with different color pallets + more health. Gold in this game kinda easy to get but pricing in RNG store is expensive. RNG is not great and can ruin your build if your not careful. You level up not fast enough to keep up with the level of enemies as deeper you go in the dungeon. Once you beat the main story boss there is a simple new game plus. I will say once I beat the main story boss I didn’t really feel the need to keep playing. This game was fun but definitively was classic game. I am aware of the remaster version that includes all 4 games in the fate series and looking forward to play that version to see if it fixes any of the existing annoyances I had with this game.
