it oozes cool... the story great, characters great, music great, art work great, game play is inventive and super customizationable ... Get some of the weapon combinations right and you can have such a sweet time with this game.

The art work is great, the characters interesting but the lack of character and environment interaction killed it for me. Even the battle part became boring and repetitive. its a shame, as I thought Transistor was one of the coolest games ever

There are times when this Ori blows your mind with emotions, music, graphics, and action sequences, often all at the same time. That is so rarely experienced in a game. Its got its challenging parts which force you to master all the skills at Ori's disposal, which can be quite exhilarating, and is reminiscent of the days when games could be super frustrating. In the end, the game does feel a little short, but the definitive version should rectify that sense. A must play game....
