Watching this film I realized how simple and natural the feelings between people are. From a smile, small touches of caress, to acts of free kindness. This film is extraordinary - it succeeds through impeccable direction, image and acting, to create a poetic image of the things that matter in life.

The Covenant aims to tell a story of loyalty and sacrifice, but it ultimately feels hollow and over-reliant on cliched themes about the American hero. The film’s plot centers around a familiar narrative where the American protagonist, portrayed as an infallible figure, becomes the axis on which the entire story turns. This hero is saved by his Afghan translator, a character whose role feels predefined and almost mechanical in its portrayal of gratitude and loyalty.Rather predictably, the film concludes with the translator’s reward: a visa to the United States. This overly simplified outcome, while perhaps intended to highlight sacrifice and gratitude, ends up feeling like a shortcut, missing the deeper complexities of the cultural and human nuances at play. The result is a film that might have been an exploration of mutual respect and nuanced perspectives but instead falls back on familiar, shallow **** the end, The Covenant lacks substance and seems more concerned with reinforcing the “savior” narrative than offering any fresh or profound insight. For viewers looking for depth, it may feel disappointing and overly simplistic.

Painful to watch ! Is some kind of Alien for kids with poor dialogues and bad acting. Exemple: Andy(the sintetic) : "Forgive me... I've been nothing but a burden to you. Today, I can finally help. And you won't see me as a child anymore. " Of course - we know that Andy is an sintetic with obviously a good heart. This is the worst Alien in the series.
