Feels a lot like a phone game. This isn't particularly a bad thing. It is just repeating the same task a few thousand times. It's likely good for a child. Personally, I grabbed a couple beers and had a relaxed time digging holes.

Digimon World: Next Order9
Dec 24, 2024
An enjoyable grind through the digiworld. This is a great game to re-experience your childhood through. 70% of the game will be spent playing the Training slot machine... so be prepared to just chill out and do that for a few hours. The battles are fairly neat in concept, your mons attack by themselves unless you offer guidance. Like Poke's with brains. The world feels good to explore, nice, vibrant, very digiworldly. The greatest joy in this game comes from the grind. It is a very relaxing way to calm the nervous system.

Digimon Survive8
Dec 24, 2024
This game is way darker than I remember Digimon being. Its a pretty deep reimagining of the franchise. The visual novel aspect was pretty offputting to begin with, not generally a fan, but it actually tells a pretty captivating story. The overall SRPG gameplay is pretty lack luster, feeling like it was shoehorned in to make it feel more like a game. Its pretty slow paced with all units having roughly the same attack, just with different type advantages. I went through all 4 possible endings of the game, and let me tell you... that was a mistake. The different runs really do not feel significantly different, barring the "True" ending. My reccommendation for this game is playing through "Moral", and if you really love it, taking a 2nd pass at it on "Truth". By the end I was basically skipping all dialogue, put the battles on "Very easy" to get them over with, and was effectively acchivement hunting more than playing the game.

Mirror's Edge Catalyst6
Dec 24, 2024
This game is Titanfall 2 without the jetpack, the giant robot, the readability, the guns, and the fun. The game could loosely be described as "Follow the GPS for 9 hours and fall off from ****". The game really didn't feel good to play at all. The story was interesting, but the characters were stolen straight out of 2010s emo phase. I would recommend you skip this game. It's not the worst ever made, but there are much better uses of your time.

Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition9
Nov 29, 2024
This game is a lot of fun, all wrapped in a B-Action film narrative. It introduces a mechanic unique to this game, and it proves to be invaluable throughout. The dialogue is unnecessarily vulgar, which adds to the games charm surprisingly. At its heart, it is a somewhat typical run and gun FPS. The gameplay feels very reminiscent of borderlands in terms of gunplay. The sound design is pretty good. Basically what you would expect from a FPS game. By the end of the game, things do start to get a bit repetitive, with the enemies becoming more tanky as you go. You can use the "special mechanic" to make quick work of the enemies, but considering it is 3 moves total... it gets very samey. The guns, albiet, varied, are too weak to really be note worthy. You will likely pick one any run with it. All that said, this game is an absolute over the top romp with a good story. I would strongly reccommend.

Castle Crashers Remastered6
Nov 29, 2024
Its kind of fun and kind of zany, but it is more of a rage game than a fun game. Near the end of the game, the enemies just became too tanky for it to really be fun. Most of my deaths were from being hidden behind parts of the screen and off screen projectiles. So, quite frustrating

A Pixel Story6
Nov 28, 2024
The game is pretty, with 3 unique art styles incorporated. The mechanics are enjoyable, and you get a hat. The major fatal flaw in this game is the character controller. The character just does not move fast enough for the precision platforming that is needed of the player. Most of my deaths were just getting yeeted into oblivion by a spring pad that did not land you on a platform. This lead to a lot of frustration due to a feeling of "Cheap Deaths".

Super Crazy Rhythm Castle7
Nov 12, 2024
Insane puzzle with a rhythm game wrapper. I played this with a friend of mine. We basically had to do every level twice. Once to figure out what was even going on, and a second time to actually do it. It was quite enjoyable, barring a handful of levels, and really made me think. If you can find it on a pretty steep discount, I would reccommend grabbing a copy just to see the shenanigans first hand. Be warned though... the game is on the more difficult side, even on easy.

The game just really isn't fun. A party builder with permadeath. There's no real connection to any of the characters. It is notably hard. The gameplay itself is not fun. Anima: Gate of Memories4
Nov 10, 2024
An unpolished game with a lot of potential but poor execution. The world that the devs built was pretty interesting. The gameplay concept is pretty OK, similar to the Ys series, but simpler. The world, albeit graphically unimpressive, has a nice aesthetic that matches the story. The character animations in the cutscene... are.... strange. The difficulty is grossly unbalanced, even on easy. The difficulty issues could be overlooked if the game controlled a little better, but lo and behold it is a bit slow and unresponsive at times. But, the one unforgivable sin... this game's camera is so jarring it gave me a massive headache after playing just a couple hours. I had to go lay down.

The game is not without its flaws. It is a pokemon ****. The game takes a bit of a diverging path, favoring a story line over "be the best". The diologue is consistantly funny, injecting snark at any point that it can. The battle system is satisfying for the grind-minded individual. You can rapidly blast through 200+ battles in an hour to get your party up to snuff. It honestly refreshing. The battles have a very low level of strategy to them, its mostly just "Hit hard". The Nexomon designs are all fairly unique, but I honestly can't really recount any that were not on my main team. Most of them were just "upgraded" versions of the same type. This is mostly due to the limited moveset. If you want a nice anxiety killing game, this is a good one to play.

This game is awesome. It starts off pretty slow, but really ends up being an awesome game. It has an interesting time shifting mechanic that is actually quite useful. Other than that, it is a fairly standard JRPG. Each character is completely unique to play, which is something most RPGs fall short on. Most text has its own voice acting, which is generally well done. What really makes this game stand apart is the beautiful art style that meshes so well with the story. By the end, you feel like you are playing a story book.

A story driven platformer. The story was very predictable. The platforming wasn't well balanced for the genre. The puzzles in the game were a bit left field. The attempts at humor / dialogue were pretty rough. The only real things I found the game had going for it was the art style and environment. The mission that had you back track through every scene, collect coins, and complete "spot the difference" puzzles really ruined this title for me. With a 2 hour run time, I wouldn't reccommend picking this title up unless you get it on a steep discount.

Just Cause 39
Oct 19, 2024
This game is an absolute romp. The story is pretty much a B action film. The gameplay loop is "Blow everything up", the more you blow up, the more that is unlocked to blow things up better. The only real downsides that I found were the size of the map, the amount of things to do, and near the end game, off screen kills. The map size and bonus missions were a little overwhelming, just a bit too giant and way too many. Considering the game is just chaos incarnate, off screen kills are pretty much unavoidable.

An amazing power fantasy game. The controls are tight, the gameplay is fun and challenging, but not really difficult. The story is a good remake of the Spider-verse. The only issue that I had with the game was the handful of stealth missions, but even those were pretty short and well spaced.

Death end re;Quest3
Oct 4, 2024
Fan service and false advertising wrapped in a bouncy anime package. This game is a visual novel with some gameplay thrown in the middle of it. The actual plot seems pretty interesting, albiet it is the dot hack story rehashed. The first few minutes of this game make it seem like you are in for a gruesome adult themed game, and then it takes a hard U-turn and turns into a cutesy anime where you play ping pong with the enemies in a turn based JRPG format. Honestly, the game could have been good, if they knocked down the number of battles to 1/3. The battle system, albiet unique, is not overly interesting and becomes boring fast. This becomes infuriating when you hit a visual novel section and picking the wrong choice makes you redo 2 hours of grindy battles. The game seems like a really interesting graphic novel, but it is a pretty bad game.

A big, empty, pretty, open world with kind of strange movement controls. If they shrunk the world to 20% of the size, it would be a pretty decent game. Granted, the characters are a bit too serious for my tastes, but it would have its own charm, if it were fun.

Honestly a pretty decent liscensed game. It has some pretty decent humor, pretty decent platforming, and not too many bugs. The controls don't feel the greatest, but this is offset by the small punishments for mistakes, never setting you back more than a couple minutes. I'd rate it higher, but the commentary from Patrick every time you pick up the 10,000 collectables really grinded on me.

Pretty much Lord of the Rings, but less interesting. The story is good, but not great. The characters are generally unlikable. The actual gameplay is pretty painful to sit through, hitting attack and waiting for the stun to wear off. It is barely considered interactive. There is a huge amount of loot, with most of it being useless. I just found myself frustrated by battle and bored walking between cut scenes for most of the game. This entire game would have made a better Neflix series.

ENDER LILIES: Quietus of the Knights8

A pretty metroidvania. The overall gameplay is nothing all that ambitious, doing what most in the genre already do. The movement felt a little sluggish compared to others I have played, but not terribly so. Most of the powers seemed pretty weak or redundant, making the large number of options seem unnecessary. The story was pretty good for the genre and the art choices agreed with the plot. Sound design was kind of a mixed bag. The music was beautiful, but that was actually a short coming. It was a little too good, so it took attention from the battle on screen. There was a pretty decent variety of enemies, with the bosses really standing out. The difficulty was on the higher end, but not impossible if you select the right tools.

Saints Row9
Sep 24, 2024
This game is a really fun if you don't think of it as a Saint's Row game. It is a cartoony buddy comedy where you get to be the action hero that is a bit over the top. Not a bad time. The game is a bit buggy, especially at the start in the audio, but it sorts its self out pretty quickly. The side content... don't bother with it. It is all pretty tedious, except for pony express and the wing suit missions. Even mayhem was made to be pretty un-fun with excessive reload times. If you enter the game with the mindset of "Let's play an action movie!" in lieu of "I'mma be a thug!" you'll have a good, chaotic time.

Honestly, more of a meme game than an actual great game. It was sort of fun to be a goose, but not ground breaking. The puzzles were okay, but not well designed. A few were rough enough that preforming the correct actions at the time that you had solved the same puzzle previously didn't work for any logical reason.

It honestly felt like a Gamecube James Bond game with less interesting scenerios. The graphics were pretty good for the time. The controls felt pretty good. It was interesting at first, but kind of tapered off after you explored the same office setup for the 5th time. The maps were all pretty labrynthian and confusing. The horror hits a dry spot mid game and I couldn't stick around long enough to see how it ends. The enemy AI is good and the setup where you have to listen for the enemies was a good twist, but got old quickly. Honestly, the game was pretty well done, but it never really checked the box of "Is it fun?"

Nobody Saves the World7
Sep 7, 2024
Great in theory, tedious in practice. The world was fun and distorted, an art direction I like. It never took itself too seriously, another great aspect. It was a broad and open world, interesting to look at with a dark and fungal aesthetic. A swath of abilities unlocked all the time that allows you to customize and create your own builds. The major hiccup of this game? To go the completionist route, you have to grind the same first dungeon for hours. This really threw the pacing out of whack for me. Adding in the scaling enemies, it really felt like there was no incentive to explore the game world.

Honestly... a pretty fun game for none of the reasons it was advertised for. A buddy of mine and I got this on PS+ and decided to give co-op a go. It is set up to be a survival / stealth / story driven / base builder / Collectathon / FPS with RPG elements. A bit ambitious... not once did we use stealth. If you get all the fast travel points, survival is optional. At the end, both my buddy and I said "There's a story?" Did not touch the base building aspect. RPG was pretty okay, made you feel like you were progressing. You could loot pretty much everything. The FPS aspect felt pretty good except the frame rate dips. Honestly, it was fun. I got to go out and pew some giant robots. At the start, we would cautiously approach a group of 3 dogs. By the end, LEEROY JENKINS!!!

Make sure that you have the right mindset walking into this game. It is a simple kids game, that doesn't quite understand that it's a kid's game. The entire vibe of this game is "tedious". There are quite a few bugs in it, I managed to soft lock the game 3 times on the first boss because it jumped into space. They made the mistake of making the world way too big, having you walk through a labyrinth of corridors after you have cleared the enemies to progress in the game, this can be summarized as "poor level design" as shortcuts are not unlocked. The enemies are very easy to dispatch, making combat seem more like a road bump than an actual mechanic. The sprites all seem different, but they were never around long enough to allow me to appreciate the mechanical differences between them. Even the hub world was massive, taking a 3 minute walk just to turn in quests. This would not be a big deal, but it is a vastly empty hub world, with a sum total of 7 npcs, all of which say generic "go do stuff" lines. The story just kind of fell flat, having walked through 10 minutes of nothing for 2 sentances of generic plot made it very unmemorable. All that being said, the game did have some things that it did well. It is a game about music, and the score is fantastic. The asset library that was used was vibrant and colorful, making everything aesthetically pleasing. In general, I would not recommend buying this game without first looking online for a long play.

Rainbow Moon10

The best "Okay" game that I have played. This game holds a special place in my heart. The quick synopsis, a turn based strategy game that is built on your sweat and occasional tears. The hero is transported to a strange new world and he has to figure out how to get home. With you came a ne'er-do-well and a great big pack of monsters. So, the story is pretty generic, but that is okay, since they do not take themselves too seriously. Some of the dialogue in this game is just spot on ridiculous, and some of it is out right satire of the entire genre. The gameplay plays out like your typical FF Tactics style gameplay, where each until has a handful of options. A large portion of this game is "Enjoy the Grind", with an emphasis placed on grabbing loot, upgrading equipment, levelling your characters, and levelling their stats by delivering the "Finishing blow". Until post game content, nothing in the game ever really felt unfair, just that you need to level a little more. The pacing of this game is a bit slow, with random difficulty spikes at every corner, most of which are self inflicted when you go off exploring instead of following the plot or side missions. Now, into the actual review... The story is tried and true, with an emphasis on fun characters. It does nothing new, but it does it well. The visuals are pretty good, with flashy animations for each attack, and it is all done on a fairly pretty world. The graphics all come in at "Decent", but it is incredibly consistant. The gameplay really doesn't do anything new either, feeling like a pretty standard SRPG, but it does the tried and true formula well. The sound design is functional, with a few tracks and a lot of sound effects. There really isn't a song that stands out, and after 106 hours of listening to the battle theme, you'd think I could hum it... which honestly says something about the music, it never gets annoying, so another thing that it does "Well". Honestly, this game is very much so a "Sum of its parts". It doesn't do anything poorly to pull its score down. It is just a good, solid game where you complete a massive series of puzzles ande get to enjoy your time with the title... except for the food mechanic. So unimportant and tedious.

A really generic run and gun style shooter. The first two games were pretty fantastic in terms of memorable characters that were enjoyable, and tight intuitive level design. True gems. As a game, this one still holds up, but it is not its predecessors. In terms of gameplay, plot, and voice acting, animations, and graphics, this falls around 8/10 with the real hang ups being overly large, empty worlds (pretty though), generic repetitive fights (Seriously, they all felt the same, regardless of enemy type, though it was still fun just flying around making ground beef out of enemies) and trying to inject too much drama into a series based around utter insanity with less likable characters. The game itself is solid, but does not quite live up to its namesake. The real reason for the low rating... It is bugged to death. There were constant crashes on startup alone, let alone during the gameplay. It was difficult to get through an hour of gameplay without a random crash. In the 24 hour play time, we likely experienced 50+ soft crashes (game stopped) and 2 hard crashes (System itself shut down). This is really shoddy work for a AAA game.

You're a bear. You have an axe. Sometimes you need a bigger axe to bring about the downfall of civilization. But really though, a cute game with a good message. "Nature is good." The gameplay loop is similar to the old Lego games. Break stuff, use that to solve simple puzzles, move on. The game is surprisingly well animated with little fun cut scenes in between each level. The controls feel a little clunky and slightly slow to respond, with the camera not moving very quickly, but not overly important in a title like this. Coming in at about 1 1/2 hours in length to complete the game, it is on the shorter side. It did not overstay its welcome, and I enjoyed my time with it. I'd recommend this game if you have children just starting out with 3D controls or want a chill title to relax with for a bit and make you feel happy.

Half-Life 2: Episode One5

A game riding on its predecessor's coat tails. This chapter was likely necessary to continue the plot, however, it was pretty rough as a whole. It felt like a pretty standard run and gun game made by an indie studio. In the Half Life 2, there were a lot of new mechanics introduced with a bunch of quick action puzzles in between. HL2E1 had 2 real mechanics and 1 puzzle that I can count, and that puzzle was in the 1st level. The first of the mechanics was "Dark". Whereas HL2 was pretty well lit with the occasional need for the flashlight, HL2E1 spends half of the game in pretty much complete darkness. The other mechanic was pretty fun to figure out, but not going to spoil it, it involves the ant lions. There were really only 2 wow moments in the game, and they were interactive cut scenes, in the first five minutes and the last five minutes of the game. The game had some pretty rough platforming sections, committing the cardinal sin of putting platforms just out of jump distance, leading to a cheap death. Other platforming sections required some pretty precise timing in a game where platforming is not its forte. HL2 I never felt that I suffered a cheap death. HL2E1 I felt like I suffered nothing but cheap deaths, with mines and kamakaze enemies everywhere. Honestly, a lot of the gameplay elements felt like "Hey guys, how long is the game? it ships tomorrow." "Uhhh... about an hour..." "Well then, I guess you will just have to put in a bunch of things to slow the players down." "Like?" "How about an escort mission that you have to run the same course 5 times." Overall, the game is honestly more frustrating than fun, and a pretty big let down compared to HL2.

This truly is one of the greatest games ever made. Even 15 years later, this game feels like a solid shooter. It has puzzles baked in with some correctly challenging platforming. There is a mountain of variety in this game, keeping everything fresh throughout the entire playthrough. The music really gives you main character energy. The story is just enough to keep you hooked without drowning. The only critique that I have of this game are the driving portions. The controls are good, but a little too sensitive with forward/backwards.

An open world platformer. You go through the trials of a young woman deciding on her future career. The art style is vibrant and unique, somehow combining 16-bit with an open world format. The story is pretty open, allowing you to experience as much or as little of the game as you would like. There is a good, interesting world to explore, with NPCs building lore as you go. The sound design was on point, making you feel somber the entire time. The sound effects kind of gave me a headache though. The world was interesting, with several biomes, but it was all pretty empty and getting from place to place felt like a chore as a 3 inch tall sand dune would bounce you off from a cloud. Just about every aspect of this game was interesting, but there really wasn't any part of it that felt fun. With a very broad story that was effectively 12 different sidequests that were not tied together, it is hard to determine what audience this game was for.

Definitely the best of the "Superheroes" Lego Franchise. The plot follows the movies pretty well. Everything is pretty well done and doesn't feel tedious. They buttoned down some of the gameplay elements from the first 2. Despite following the movies, the game still managed to sneak in some good ol' slapstick humor Lego is known for. The game is a bit on the short side, clocking in around 6 hours, however, there is a big, open world to goof around in that would likely take another 20 or so hours to button up. Overall, one of the higher quality Lego games and a good time for the younger crowd.

The game was good, safe fun that set the stage for all future Ubisoft titles... even though that is a bad thing with 7000 collectables that are fundamentally meaningless in an open world that you spend most of the time just chasing down the next plot point. Looking at you Watch_Dogs. This game was pretty balanced in the collectable department, with about 400 to nab over a 30 hour play through that have markers. I didn't bother with the feathers or the glyphs. The gameplay was pretty well refined "New age runner game". There were a few frustrating spots where the contextual cameras threw off my groove or you didn't lock to a grip spot that seemed to work every other time, but overall, it was pretty well done. The story feels like a background thought for the large part of the game, with the gameplay being king. The characters are pretty likable and unique, but none of them really stick around long enough to be very interesting. The platforming is god, safe, fun, not doing anything too special, but it generally did feel pretty good to play. The combat was fairly basic, but did give you a nice "Power trip" feeling, like you were playing as the hero, so, nicely done. The voice acting and was pretty good, and the animations were fairly well done for the time. Graphically, it was about as good as you could get with as large of a world as they were rendering based on the power of the consoles at the time. I overall enjoyed my time with this game. Except for the ending. That was real stupid.

A visual novel with about 4 hours of gameplay in the 65 hour playthrough. I will start off by saying that this game was very good at what it did. However, it was a little unbalanced in terms of story versus actual gameplay. The premise is that you get psychic weapons and have to fight mysterious demon creatures that keep abducting people. And then it gets crazier. Really, where the game shines is the story, the character writing, and the world building. Unfortunately, where the game falls short is the pacing, often having 3-4 hours of dialogue / exploring the world talking to people between 5-15 minute dungeons. In these dungeons, you get to play out the typical action RPG with teenagers swinging big swords. The real mechanic that sets this game apart is the type advantage system, allowing you to bring 3 people into the dungeon and quickly swap between them to exploit situations. Everything else is pretty standard, including 3 types of super attacks on gauges that refill over time and I-frame abuse with the dodge mechanic. This game did combat well, but there are others that have done it better. Character customization is pretty decent, allowing you to make a few different immortal tank / plague doctor / glass cannon builds to suit your style. A major pitfall in the dungeon gameplay loop are the pitfalls. The platforming leaves something to be desired in the game, feeling fairly clunky and precise with imprecise controls, considering your "Air Dash" sends you screaming across the map, and the length varies per character. That being said, the platforming sections are not that frequent, so I think the devs were aware that this was not where they shined and wanted to add a splash of flavor. If they had increased the size of the platforms 2x, this could have been an enjoyable part of the game. And now, onto the eX+ campaign... It was honestly the last chapter copied and pasted, with the most derivative "Secret story that gets explained at the end" that I have played. That being said, the dungeons felt more "End of a 60 hour RPG"ish than the actual final dungeon, and the "final, FINAL" boss was much more intense, albeit a bit frustrating with AOE. Overall, I enjoyed my time with this game, and would recommend it, but just be aware of what you are getting into. This is a book with minigames, not a game with dialogue.

This game has aged like a fine milk. As long as you go into it with the right mindset, this game is still pretty fun. It is now old enough to drink, so let's remember back to the good old days. This kid's game has a pretty shallow plot in a world where plots in video games were optional. The voice acting is pretty bad, but it is fully voice acted, which at the time, was a rarity. The graphics resemble PS1 rather than a gamecube title, which is not surprising due to it being a port. The animation is actually pretty comically bad, using about 3 frames a second, but the jank is actually fairly endearing to the game. The gameplay is quite fun, zipping around varied levels with similar, but distinct goals. My only real complaint that I cannot attribute to the age of the game is the camera. It's a bit all over the place and shifts very slowly in a game about speed. The TLDR, this game is nowhere near today's standards, but it is a great taste of nostalgia and lets you see how far we have come.

Pokemon Colosseum7

This game is not as good as you remember. Don't get me wrong, it is still a pretty decent game. It is the first (and probably last) pokemon arcs that is story driven. You're an edgy teenager who used to be a criminal. Not a bad start. Your goal is to stop the people who do are changing pokemon into demons. Not a bad premise. The music slaps. The graphics are pretty good... for the time. The animations of the pokemon are the real star, but they are also an asteroid hurtling towards the game, since they put such a heavy emphasis on the animations, it slows down the battles a lot, turning each encounter into a 3-5 minute slug fest. As a standalone game, it is pretty good, just slow paced which can be kind of boring at times. As a pokemon game, it is pretty bad though. Theres no option to "catch'em all". You don't have the freedom to modify your tool sets nearly as much. It's a stripped down version of pokemon with a painful endgame difficulty spike. So, if you are expecting a pokemon game, this one is going to hurt your feelings. If you are expecing a JRPG, its pretty good, especially for a younger audience, just a bit slow.

True to form Tomb Raider. After Rise, I wasn't sure what to expect going into this game. Overall, it is a lot of copy - Paste from the previous game, not doing anything particularly unique, however, it improved it in almost every way. The environment is more vibrant, the characters are better written and actually involved in the plot. There isn't a cognitive dejunct where the main character is both whiney and a god of death. The progression makes a bit more sense, like when she actually picks up guns that the enemy was using, rather than waiting half a game. I felt like I was playing a corny, over the top action movie, and that is exactly what I want from Lara Croft. All that being said, it is exactly like every ubisoft game produced since AC2, so pretty "safe".

I made it through the first couple of levels but had to stop. The blood / gore is not bad, but the fish eye camera added to the camera bob made me physically sick and gave me a headache. The atmosphere and feeling of weakness in the game seemed good. The Mechanics and gameplay were just OK. The Story seemed to lack a bit.

This is a very well paced challenging "Pipeline" puzzler. The premise is that you set up a donut factory, delivering different types of donuts to different counters using conveyors. Every 12 levels they introduce a new mechanic into the mix, keeping your experience fresh. The music is peppy and makes you feel good just by playing. The voice acting makes your soul feel relaxed. The gameplay is generally pretty challenging but revs up well and has accessibility options for you if you do get stuck on a puzzle. The game doesn't do anything particularly new, however, what it does, it does well. I fully enjoyed my time (8 hr) with this game.

SteamWorld Heist10

This game was an absolute delight to play. The aesthetic is a beautiful steam punk space vibe, which is something very unique. The hub worlds are interesting, as they have their own unique songs. The characters are varied, each having their own unique play style. The randomly generated levels allow the same level to be played multiple times without getting bored. The first and last boss feel very well thought out and very fair. The only other boss, a little less so, but still great fun. You feel very accomplished and satisfied when you take down each boss and you are rewarded with their own unique song. The only complaint I have for this game is the story. It is lacking a bit, but the gameplay is so great that the story really was optional on this one.
