Fights are often are often a noisy mess where you cannot see a thing. Enemy attacks are not well telegraphed. Controls are not responsive. If you lose a big mission, you have to replay the entire 30 minutes from scratch again.
Good is - there is some nice Zelda content.
What the hell is this difficulty?
You get stuck in places with no map and no health.
Massive platforming sequences before difficult boss fights.
Insane difficulty curve starts at hard level right from the start of the game.
The world and characters are nice but it is impossible to play.
The premise is interesting, but there is no game. After 5+ hours the delivery gameplay get very old very fast, even with all the upgrades. The controls are awful, and the traversal issues get in the way. The entire America is the size of Brooklyn, and you are saving the country by delivering pizza 500 meters away across a safe flat terrain.
There are glimpses of good stuff here, just that. The game runs and looks like absolute garbage. The tutorial sequence is 1-2 hours long with infinite amounts of empty boring dialog that you cannot skip. The seamless pokemon battle system feels promising.
Awesome reimagination of the top-down Zelda formula. Great to see the Breath of the Wild world in a new perspective. There are issues with UI later in the game, difficult to find the right spell in the massive collection.
This game did not age well. Yes, you can see how all modern games draw inspiration from this design based on exploration.
Awful controls, no fast travel, ton of backtracking, MANUAL SAVING where you have to replay 2 hours if you forgot to save before a random boss fight. Absolute abysmal original sound design gets annoying after 15 minutes.
