Truly awful. It's like a bingo full house of writing sins, every single episode. A meandering, nonsensical, pathetic waste of potential. These writers should never work in the industry ever again.

The best of the successor shows by far. Negan can finally shine as a real character, no longer held back by the stupid comic villain plot from TWD. He and Maggie are also MUCH more believable together, even romantically, than Rick and Michonne. I fully expect them to ship the two together.

Of the 3 spin off series since the main show ended, this is the one that feels most like a 6 part movie. It’s got a bigger budget and all the high octane set pieces that the main series had, just with a shorter run time and more grounded story. It’s surprisingly good and light on the plot filler that the main series got bogged down with. There’s little side characters or pointless waffling to fill the runtime. It’s worth a watch even if you haven’t watched the walking dead.

An ok spin off from the ever popular main series. Both are decent actors, but the script is lazy and doesn't do enough to warrant anything more than these 6 episodes.

Terrible. Proves that Negan can't carry a series. Why did AMC force him down out throats? They should've killed him in season 8 of TWD.

I don’t know what to say. After finishing the main series, I don’t see the point of a spin off with these two characters. I struggled to get past the first few episodes and just couldn’t do it. It’s a shame because individually these characters made sense on the main series but together in a spin off is overkill. It was just more of the same of what we already saw on the main show.

While Negan and Maggie are both great characters, it honestly feels exhausting that we are now covering the animosity between them for what is effectively the third time. After the conclusion of Season 11 of TWD where they reached an understanding, the drama between them in this series just feels stale. The Croat as a villain is kinda goofy, and the fact that Maggie only brought Negan with her to get her son back seems incredibly forced when we she should be able to bring the full might of the Commonwealth behind her and storm the place. Also, apparently this series takes place something like 7 years after the main show ended, which seems like an odd choice to make? Why should I care about the events that happened in this series when it is years upon years away from everything else that has happened in the franchise?

the most unnecessary show ever

Série muito boa. Não prometeu nada e acabou deixando uma boa história. Muitas coisas novas foram apresentados é um início de algo novo no final para Negan e os sobreviventes.

Keeping it down to 6 episodes really helped and as someone who nearly didn't watch due to exhaustion of so many Walking Dead shows I was surprised how much I enjoyed this. Still, just an average TV show. Maggie's character over time just gets worse and more annoying. This would be way better with a story focused more on Negan and Maggie perhaps in just one episode or not in the show at all.

I think Negan is so cool, really since his introduction into the series he has always been so cool and that is my favorite part

There's no reason for this series. The writers have been trying to make a reason for these two to be together. It doesn't make sense. The shows have been boring. The angst been unbelievable. They should have sent any actors to New York instead of these two.

Based on E01 and 2 - better than TLOU with two stronger main characters but also suffers from being thin on content and secondary characters. E02 is too short, otherwise I'd rate it higher. Overall a weak effort so far due to basic production errors.
