Something isnt right about this whole premise, if Brosnan's character was taken in by Indians at the age of 13 in 1849, and then it time jumps to the present setting of the show in 1915, his character would have been 79 years old. It's sort of like an updated version of the movie Giant, but missing the charisma of James Dean, Elizabeth Taylor, and even Rock Hudson, and replaces them with more violence.
