Some might criticize the show's hefty price tag, its globe-hopping, shoot-'em-up nature, or even the accents. But overall, Citadel is a thrilling ride, as long as you don't take it too seriously and embrace its slightly campy side.

Either you’re gonna love this unruly behemoth or bemoan the sorry state of blockbuster entertainment. Honestly, I kind of dug it and love the pairing of the main stars who appear to be having fun at toying with each other and this “Mission: Impossible”-like scenario.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas is amazing as Nadia. Her acting is flawless and her action sequences are breathtaking. Richard Madden plays the two sides of his characters really well and at any time you can see both Kyle and Mason in him as distinct characters. Stanley Tucci as the tech genius who also loves himself way too much is fun and cool.

Greataction scenes with some unpredictable plot twists. I really enjoyed the show but 6 episodes feels a bit too short

None of it makes any sense. But sense can be overrated. Sometimes mindless stupidity is fun.

You can’t accuse it of being slow. Conversation is just a short bridge to the next bout of action, which tends to be brutal in the way the kids, with their video games and comic books and Quentin Tarantino movies, like it these days. (Accordingly, “Citadel” may or may not be your idea of fun.) Events are predictably unpredictable.

“Citadel” has it all backward—it's entertainment that's not made for those who watch for the plot, and yet is packed with it, at the detriment of its chance to be dumb fun.

The only clear fact is that Citadel, no matter how superficially it tries, is nothing more than a varnished spy thriller with little to offer beyond generic genre garbage.

It's a $300 million TV series for no one. ... This is a very, very bad show.

Not the best series ever be made but a great show really. The cast is good, like really good, the story might be a little bit predictable but nevertheless it's a great spy show, different from what I've seen in the past. I enjoyed the fact that it's not a series where everyone has done something wrong, they are not bad but have done bad things because of some things. I'd love to see what will happen to the different relationships, how will the main character process all the informations he was given. If you're looking for something not too deep but a little tricky and where the action is well done (with great special effects by the way) in a spy world, then go watch Citadel.

Well executed but lame brained spy thriller is lavishly produced, with pretty good action sequences but has some really basic ideas (wow...another competing spy agents) that sometimes I wonder whether the Russo brothers have any great ideas other than those they 'cribbed' from the MCU. Seeing Amazon literally throwing money around is so disheartening if it results in projects such as these.

When your order Mission Impossible from Wish. Leads with zero chemistry or charisma , and plodding generic action.

There is so much comic book in this series. Not to be outdone the progressives have struck as well with the wife of one of the main characters divorcing him and re-marrying a dike. The action scenes have been borrowed from James Bond with the ratio of bad guys jacked up to insane levels. Oh, and average run time, 35 minutes all with 2 minutes of intros and occasionally another 3 minutes of crud at the end.

This well financed series has actors that are great in other projects, expensive visuals, and writing that's so dumb that it makes you wonder if the thing that produced it ever met a human being. It's astonishing how much work went into something so fundamentally flawed and predictable.
