Atlantic Crossing has its dry moments, but it’s lavish scenery and fine performances more than make up for that. We’re especially excited to see more of MacLachlan and Harris as Franklin and Elanor Roosevelt.

There’s a power in this work that has nothing to do with its characters, a kind that makes itself felt wordlessly—namely, the unyielding grip of fear. .

“Atlantic Crossing” proves itself a decent soap (think: a lower budget “The Crown”), albeit one that suffers from some plots holes.
