With Cronos: The New Dawn, Bloober Team has crafted a brilliant survival horror title, with a unique premise, an intriguing story, and a truly captivating setting. The Orphans are a challenging enemy that not only keeps you on the edge of your seat but also forces you to carefully manage every bullet. The varied way you explore the world also deserves praise. It's clear the studio wanted to push the creative envelope. Unfortunately, the technical side of things is far from perfect, with graphics that aren't always convincing and a frame rate that occasionally dips. Don't let that deter you, though. Cronos: The New Dawn is more than worth your hard-earned money and precious time.

Hell is Us isn't a one-size-fits-all game, and that's precisely what makes it so powerful. Rogue Factor clearly poured a lot of love into its production. The game relies on you to take the time to explore, solve puzzles, and find your way, sometimes leading you to get lost in the beautiful environments, each with its own unique story. The combination of mystery and unknowing, the unique environments, an interesting combat system, and the immersive audiovisual experience give the game its unique character. While a bit more variety in weapons and enemies wouldn't have hurt, these elements more than compensate. Combined with a relatively reasonable price tag, Hell is Us delivers an unforgettable experience that's both challenging and memorable, provided the game's premise appeals to you. A clear recommendation.

This game takes us back to the early days of the mafia, set in Sicily. You can expect a nice adventure full of action and excitement, but at the same time, it's all rather predictable. The large number of knife fights that serve as the standard climax to a boss battle also feel rather trite. It is a technically excellent game with good and engaging gameplay, but at the same time, it is not groundbreaking in any way. Hangar 13 plays it very safe, so if you are familiar with the franchise (especially the first part), you know what to expect.

The controls in Drag x Drive are unique, which immediately makes the game a great showcase for the mouse functionality of the Joy-Cons. The gameplay is also entertaining, especially with friends, and the side activities are a nice change of pace. Along with these positive points, there are also negative points. For example, the content is very sparse, your character—which you can customize—is rather soulless, and it's a missed opportunity that the game cannot be played locally.

Just like in the original, the action is incredibly satisfying, and the addition of new enemies adds a little more variety to the adventure. This adventure is standalone and definitely worth playing if you enjoyed the original game. At the same time, it is still not technically stable, and because of the OmniTower setting, it is a lot grimmer and at times a bit more boring to watch. Nevertheless, it is a solid and fun shooter.

The gameplay of Killing Floor 3 is perfectly fine with above-average combat. In addition, the range of maps and weapons is also very varied, which adds to the fun, and the soundtrack deserves a special mention as it fits perfectly. However, we cannot ignore the fact that in terms of content, it is still a bit thin at the moment, and the story also lacks depth. Finally, the performance could be improved. So there are a few points of criticism to take into account. However, the history of this developer with previous games teaches us that it will ultimately be rectified.

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers offers a compelling story with deep lore, although it does take a while to get going. Nevertheless, the game has plenty to offer in terms of combat, level design, challenge, and interesting systems to keep the gameplay varied. Technically, it falls a little short due to low resolutions and inconsistent textures, but ultimately that doesn't detract from the pure gameplay, which is more than solid.

Donkey Kong is getting his own 3D action-adventure, and it turns out great. The level destruction feels satisfying, the stages are varied, the presentation is vibrant and colorful, and there’s an incredible amount to do. The fact that the game might be a bit on the easy side is a shame in terms of challenge, but that’s literally the only point of criticism. Looking for an excellent game for the Nintendo Switch 2? Then Donkey Kong Bananza is an absolute must-play.

Did you enjoy the original games? Then this is definitely recommended thanks to the nostalgia it brings. The visual upgrade does the game justice, the gameplay is delightful as ever and there is once again a huge amount to experience, thanks in part to a number of new levels. It's a shame, though, that the original soundtrack has been changed except for a few tracks, which may feel a bit weird for players of the original. But we can live with that, considering the rest of the game is more than fine.

Remedy is venturing into a cooperative game in a familiar universe with FBC: Firebreak, which is an interesting new step. The gameplay mechanics are unique, the gameplay has potential and the areas you get into feel solid. Basically, then, a fine game, were it not for the fact that the content feels a bit sparse and the combat is somewhat mediocre. The game could use updates and more content here and there, however, giving it the potential to grow into something great.
