In the moment, the film's simplistic spirit is intoxicating. But take my word for it — the real-world hangover that follows is fierce.

XOXO is goofy and stickily sweet, like a mystery lollipop handed to you at an Avicii concert, but the film also lacks a strong take on the culture it’s documenting. It’s full of rave and fury, signifying nothing.

If you love the experience of summer festivals take some time to enjoy it. It is a feel good movie with great visuals and music. It really put me in the mood to go out tonight. There are some gaps in the story overall but I think that actors did the best with what they had.

"XOXO" é um filme com uma música apelativa e visuais muito bons. Os atores deram o seu melhor e fizeram um trabalho satisfatório.

As an EDM music fan i found this movie to be quite enjoyable. It made me feel good which is sometimes all a movie has to do. Dont recommend for people that are not EDM fans in anyway.

The movie showcases every negative aspect about the rave scene, the over usage of drugs by people who don't want to, the sexism and objectification, and the corporate influences that have taken over what was a thriving underground scene. Mix that with a boring and forgettable story, bland two dimensional characters, and classic "edgy" "trippy" scenes. The emotional development is pure exposition and really never connected. The music was above all not memorable in the least. +1 for having a bitter jaded character that seemed to hate this movie as much as I did.
