The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh Part 1

Surprised to see the quality of the 3d animation After the catastrophe that was thel'as two seasons this was a genuine surprise. And I wouldn't mind having them be reworked like this. For the movie it's in two parts that's the first,I've watched both and they are of same quality really, good animation and the characters are truthful to the anime, so overall great experience.

A movie with a lot of potential that's held back by its mediocre CGI. To start with the positives: the story is quite good. I genuinely enjoyed the continuation of the saga and seeing the new generation of characters, and that's what kept me engaged until the end. However, you can't ignore the poor CGI. For a movie, the animation often feels not good and lacks detail, and it's simply not comparable to the beloved art style of the original anime. I'm someone who can usually get along with different art styles and I managed to look past it, but I completely understand why many fans would be put off by it and give the movie a low score. The music was also great.
