Recess: School's Out is a good movie with some weak points, as well as humorous scenes in the movie. However, the movie was not as great as the series. The references and its '60s themes were excellent though.

Alright, giving this one a 4 is too strong and plus, it's a rare thing to get a positive score out of a mixed Metascore. Recess succeeds with a powerful movie.
