Balle perdue 2 / Lost Bullet 2: Back for More (2022) Julia, Incoherent Character (12,318 - 06 Mar 2026 – Claudio Carvalho) Lino (Alban Lenoir) lives now in his car and spends his leisure time unsuccessfully staking out the wife of Areski, Stella (Anne Serra), expecting to arrest him. Julia (Stéfi Celma) is the leader of the antidrug squad and brings Lino to the team, giving Charas’ car to him. He restores the car, paints it blue and increases its power. Julia tells him that Marco has escaped from the farm. One year later, Lino is dating Stella. While chasing drug dealers with Julia, they cross the Spanish border and the criminals are captured by the team lead by police officer Alvaro (Diego Martín), who was a friend of Charas and befriends Lino. He receives a fake phone call about his foster mother in the country and when he arrives, he finds Marco. Soon Lino learns that Marco has made a deal with Moss (Pascale Arbillot) and is under her protection. However, drug dealers and the corrupt Chief Alexander Resz want Marco dead, while Lino wants to deliver him to Alvaro and the Spanish justice. “Balle perdue 2”, a.k.a. “Lost Bullet 2: Back for More” (2022) is a great sequel of the first film. The plot is supported by amazing car chases and the efforts of Lino to bring Marco to the Spanish justice. Unfortunately, Julia is an incoherent character that always take the wrong decision. It adheres perfectly to a formula that works despite its flaws. In itself, I don't see it as a downgrade of its predecessor, but neither do I see it as an improvement. It's simply a continuation of what worked in the first film and thus gave life to this sequel. You are not missing out on anything, whether you watch it or not.
