Movie is lame, tedious, and it drags, With unmemorable songs, and no plot, It's hard to sympathize with a tagger, but most of cast are likeable, There's a few decent breakdance moves, But majority are unremarkable and boring to watch. That said, the location photography is spot on. You feel you are there in the cold wintery South Bronx ghetto enviroments.
