Siege can feel cool and inhospitable, but when the conditions are right and you're playing with friends, the game's tense gameplay and measured pacing makes for a refreshing, cerebral contrast to the run-and-gun hyperactivity of most online shooters. [Feb 2016, p.104]

Impossible to recommend as a single-player game. Siege is an absolutely splendid multiplayer shooter for well-organised (and forgiving) teams, with great tactical terrain destruction. [Feb 2016, p.86]

A slight but superior multiplayer experience. What it lacks in single-player content, Rainbow Six Siege makes up in sheer quality. Just remember to use voice chat. [Issue#265, p.76]

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege: One of my favourite tactical shooters of all time. With map molding mechanics and hero abilities it felt as if every round of R6 could be played every so different from the last. 8/10.

Where do I begin? The part where you wanna smash a glass bottle over your head every rank game or when you play 20 rank games and have not made any progress. This game is pure treachery, and I don’t recommend it to anyone unless you wanna have a mental illness for the time you’re playing this game. I mean, anger can’t even express what I feel for this game **** was made in hell and brought to earth you have just found it.

Stakes and tensions run high whether playing solo or in a group, but the game truly shines when you’re working with a coherent team, so pick this game up and find one.

There's a lot of depth and strategy to be found in Rainbow Six: Siege, especially when you're playing with a headset. However, the lack of content is something to be considered when pondering the game's retail price.

Em comparação com os outros jogos de tiro, o R6 traz uma experiência completamente nova e diferente. Sua jogabilidade competitiva está focada mais na coleta de informações e no trabalho em equipe, então o senso de conquista depois de vencer é mais forte.

Rainbow Six Siege is easily one of the most fun shooter games, but it's also one of the toughest to get into. Only after surviving the brutal learning curve can you truly experience the game's magic.

An FPS where your weapon should be the last thing you use, not the first, Rainbow Six Siege is a fantastic tactical shooter.

The gameplay is solid as a rock; super intense, exciting and porn for the tactical shooter fan. But the game quickly loses its power when you stray among the other game modes, which are limited and lacking good AI. This is what they call: too little content for too much money. [Dec. 2015, p.054]

Siege is both unforgivably callow and inarguably satisfying. Like parades or fireworks, it’s a vision that’s only fun if you can forget where it comes from and where it points to.

Tactical action with potential -or one great game mode- but at the cost of the full game these are the two faces of the new Rainbow Six. [Issue #259]

The best 5v5 game to play right now but there are too many toxic people in the game, there should be stricter rules about them

Very glitchy and buggy. Super fun game but takes time to learn. You can die super quick and this can make you break things.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, despite its tactical depth and strategic gameplay, suffers from several issues. The steep learning curve can be discouraging for new players, and frequent balancing problems affect the fairness of matches. Additionally, the toxic community and inconsistent server performance often detract from the overall experience, making it frustrating for even the most dedicated fans.

Initially, I thoroughly enjoyed this game; however, I subsequently discovered that one's style of play significantly influences both victory and progression within the game. While the various characters and their unique abilities are appealing, it is advisable to consistently utilize the recruit operator due to the abundance of countermeasures available for each character. Furthermore, the weaponry is either burdened with excessive recoil or lacks sufficient power for effective use. Additionally, updates are released based on specific locations, which has resulted in a prolonged wait for the new operator since March.

SummaryTom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege is inspired by real world counter-terrorist organizations, and inserts players in the middle of lethal close-quarters engagements. For the first time in a Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six game, players can choose from a variety of unique Counter Terrorist Operators and engage in tangible sieges, a new style of assa... Read More
