I really loved the narrative, and the gameplay is fun, but there are some frustrating issues that can make you want to put the game **** main problem is during chases—Jimmi glitches and teleports, which feels unfair and annoying. Another issue is finding the spirits using the mirror and compass: the idea is great and helpful, but you have to stand at an exact angle for the cutscene to trigger, and with all the stress from Jimmi, it becomes really tricky.Overall, the game is enjoyable and fun, but unfortunately, it doesn’t quite deserve a very high score.

From a storytelling, graphical, detail-oriented, cinematic, and overall game design perspective, this game absolutely takes the crown—there’s no question about it. However, as a horror game, I appreciate realism and the absence of cheap jump scares or predictable black-ghost-in-your-face, it leans a bit too much on the not-so-scary side. Even without changes from the developer, it still holds its ground, but with some changes and all it could push even closer to perfection.

This game is a horror-themed love letter to everyone who grew up with the old point-and-click adventures of the 90s, with a very fun "The Shining" feel to it all. The foray to use real actors instead of CGI is also an ode in this way, hearkening to similar forays like Myst and the 3D Zork games. I will say as repetitive as the hallway searching was, it was constantly rewarding, ranging from new strange and scary cutscenes with juicy info for your detective work, or just the constant looming threat of Jimmy finding you out and whacking you. A total must play for anyone who loves horror or a good mystery game.

Genius Gamedesign, other horror-game developers can learn many things from this game. I wish there was more of these type. Definitely one of the best Games 2020/21...

Para um point and click, esse jogo é muito bem feito, o fato de ter uma animação pra toda vez que você mudar de sala ao invés de apenas teletransportar é algo bem positivo. A direção do jogo é outro ponto forte. O principal problema desse jogo é que ele tem praticamente só uma mecânica, e ainda por cima, ela é baseada em aleatoriedade.
