I really loved this game. I played this first because the story of this game and the second one are very connected. Since it is an older game I played the PS4 remastered version. Even today it still holds up really well in my opinion. The concept of the game is very cool and the story is phenomenal. The writing, narration and the overall atmosphere are really strong. Voice acting and character performances are also amazing and they help a lot to build the tension and mystery of the story. Gameplay is okay. It is not the most polished gameplay but it still works well enough and the combat mechanics are satisfying once you get used to them. My only real complaint is that Alan has the stamina of an injured tortoise. He gets tired way too quickly when running which can be a bit annoying sometimes. I finished the game, platinumed it and did a 100 percent run. Overall it was a really cool experience and a very memorable story driven game.
Oh my god this game completely blew me away. The graphics are absolutely incredible and the environments and lighting are some of the best I have seen in a game. The atmosphere is amazing and the whole game feels very cinematic. The gameplay mechanics are also improved a lot compared to the first game. Combat feels better and the enemies are tougher which makes encounters more intense. The story is still amazing and the pacing works really well because of the dual protagonist structure. Both Saga and Alan have important roles in the story. I personally enjoyed Saga’s sections more because they have more action and investigation elements. Alan’s parts are interesting too but they are more about surviving inside the dark twisted place where he is trapped. Overall I liked this game even more than the first one. The story, graphics and gameplay improvements make it an incredible experience. I really hope they continue expanding this universe because it has become one of my favorite game worlds.
I really loved this game. This is the one that made me buy the second game, so it clearly did something right. The story shines the most here in my opinion. It is engaging and well paced, and it does a great job building the characters and the world. Following Cal’s journey from the beginning was really interesting and the story kept me invested the whole time. The gameplay mechanics are really solid. Lightsaber combat feels satisfying and learning new force abilities over time makes the progression feel rewarding. Exploration is also fun and the different planets feel unique enough to keep things interesting. The level design encourages you to come back later once you unlock new abilities, which I liked. The graphics are also very good and the environments look great. Some areas are really memorable and capture the Star Wars atmosphere very well. The characters and voice acting are also strong and help bring the story to life. It is not a perfect game of course. Navigation can sometimes be confusing and the holomap is not always the easiest thing to read. There are also a few moments where backtracking feels a bit repetitive. Overall this is an amazing game and one of the best Star Wars experiences in recent years. It set a very strong foundation for the sequel and I am really glad I played it.
I love this particular game series and Jedi Survivor is no less. In my opinion it improves the previous game in almost every aspect. The gameplay is fun and engaging and there are many new things added compared to Fallen Order. More lightsaber stances, more skills, perks, new enemy types and more customization options. Combat feels deeper this time. Riding animals was a really cool addition and I enjoyed that a lot. I do wish they added vehicles like speeders in the open world instead of just one controlled sequence. The Holotactics minigame was also a great addition. The graphics and game worlds are absolutely amazing and gorgeous. Koboh in particular is a beautiful planet and exploring it felt great. Characters, voice acting and performances are phenomenal just like in the previous game. I also liked the character development and the relationships that develop during the story. The story itself may not be as strong as Fallen Order in my opinion, but it is still good and worth experiencing. I spent more than 40 hours in the game and completed the platinum and a 100 percent run. Collecting everything can become a bit tedious sometimes, especially when hunting the last collectibles, but overall the experience was still very enjoyable. There are some things I did not like though. The game only saving at meditation points is a bad gameplay design choice in my opinion. There are not enough meditation points in some areas and if you die you sometimes have to run all the way again which gets frustrating. Changing lightsaber stance only at a meditation point is also a ridiculous design decision. Players should be able to switch stances whenever they want. Another thing I really disliked were some of the platforming Force Tears. Some of those were extremely frustrating if you are going for the platinum. The zipline challenge in particular tested my patience a lot. These kinds of platforming challenges feel unnecessary in an otherwise great action game. The enemies are good overall but they could have been more formidable. The holomap and the way it shows collectibles could also have been better. Things like priorite shards and other treasures could have been indicated more clearly. Loading time is still quite long and the starting logos cannot be skipped. Respawn loading also takes longer than it should. I also experienced a few minor glitches and a couple of crashes, but nothing too serious. Overall this is still an amazing game with some issues. I had a fantastic time with it and this series remains one of my favorites. I hope the next game improves loading time, holomap clarity, saving options and avoids frustrating platforming challenges like those Force Tears.
This campaign is absolute ****. It doesn’t even feel like Call of Duty: Black Ops anymore. The whole identity is gone. Who the hell thought boss fights in some fantasy fever-dream world made sense for Black Ops? What the **** is this supposed to be? I miss the old Black Ops grounded missions, real tension, real storytelling. Not this sloppy, half-baked trash they pushed out. And seriously, you can’t even pause the damn game? No checkpoints? A single-player campaign that needs an internet connection and still doesn’t have the most basic features? What kind of clown-show design is that? The whole thing feels like a rushed heap of garbage. And then I noticed they even used AI-generated slop instead of real art. Unbelievable. Well done, Microsoft for turning this into a corporate ****.
Black Myth: Wukong" is the kind of game that takes you back to what gaming should be—challenging, immersive, and unapologetically tough. It's built for those who want a real test of skill and aren't interested in all the hand-holding and coddling you find in too many games today. This is pure action, where every fight is a chance to prove your worth. There's no pandering to trends or pushing any "woke" nonsense here. This game is all about delivering an authentic experience that gamers have been craving. The combat is brutally satisfying and requires a sharp mind and quick reflexes. The world is richly detailed, pulling you into a mythology that is both captivating and intense. The visuals are stunning, and every boss battle feels like a monumental challenge—just the way it should be. The developers didn't set out to please everyone; they made a game for the real gamers, the ones who know what it means to face down a tough enemy and come out on top. And yes, the people who try to "****" games are out there crying, because "Black Myth: Wukong" doesn’t cater to their soft demands. They’ll complain, and they’ll cry, but this game is here to stay. It's built for those who want the thrill of a real challenge and aren't afraid **** that demands the best from them. If you're tired of all the fluff and just want a raw, unfiltered gaming experience, then this is the game you need. Let them cry; we’ll be too busy enjoying the ride.
