Yeah idk what the critics were smoking. The open world has gotta be one of the most impressive out there, there's an overwhelming amount of things to do, and the game is gorgeous. The combat is also alot of fun. The controls are weird at first, but eventually it becomes alot of fun. Despite the 10, it's not perfect. The story isn't all that amazing or investing. If you're wanting a story driven openworld game, this might not be for you. But that was never their focus with this game to be fair. Crimson desert is a impressive sandbox. I haven't loved a open world this much since probably the Witcher 3. Pearl Abyss crafted a world with an overwhelming amount to do. So many skills with the combat as well. On top of that, it might only get better as well with how much they seem to care about updating it and listening to feedback. Im excited for the future. Both with playing it, and what gets added.

For a launch title, this game is alot of fun. I do have issues with it. Wish the grand prix had an option to play the tracks without the intermission in between. They aren't designed the best. The free roam, also could've had more stuff to do in it. Still though, it controls amazing, the tracks themselves are phenomenal, the game looks amazing, the music is literally the best music from Nintendo i had heard in awhile, and that rainbow road was genuinely mind blowing. Great game

This game is pretty bad, but i wouldn't call it the worst either. The story just makes shadow a super inconsistent and bipolar character and the branching story line amounts to nothing in the end with the last story being done like in previous 3D games. The gameplay can be fun when you're just getting to the goal ring, but once u gotta do a monotonous mission like destroying a amount of enemies, that's when it doesn't become fun. Funnily enough, the one thing people made fun of with this game, the gunplay, i actually kinda like. It's my preferred way to take out enemies, but that's also because both the homing attack and the spindash are unbelievably nerfed in this game. The music is ok, but not one of my favorites tbh. I am all of me and all hail shadow are the only ones i care about. Overall, pretty messy game, and a huge mistep from the adventure games and even heroes tbh.

This is such a amazing and beautiful game. The puzzles are uniqe, the exploration is addicting and satisfying, the music is straight out of Japan, and the story has likeable characters and interesting lore throughout. My literal only issue is maybe it could be a bit more challenging, but at the end of the day, this game is phenomenal. Would recommend

Oh boy. This game is the exact reason i am such a huge Sonic fan to this day. Everything i love about Sonic the Hedgehog is here. The amazing rock and variety in it's music, the ambitious story, the fast level design, and the fast and fun gameplay. Sonic and shadow are the best obviously. I love the focus on fast pace level design. The other playstyles do have some flawed levels, but still enjoyable ones like pumpkin hill and security hall, misson street, and cosmic wall. This game to me is my favorite sonic game and one of my favorite games of all time. No matter how old i get, this game will always hold a special place in my heart. Als the Chao Garden is awesome. Clearly

Nostalgia is definitely the reason why this game is a 5, but i can't help it. This game is the first video game i distinctly remember playing as a very young kid. I think i was like 3 or 4. This game, along with it's movie are both things i hold a good place in my heart... with that said, this game isn't good. I'll start out with some positives and say that the game does look decent for a ps1 game, the music is a bop surprisingly, and the game i do like the level themes they went with here. Having us go through Japan, Egypt, a city, the amusement park, and the artic circle to name a few. That's where my positives end however. The game doesn't control right at all, especially with Shaggy. It always feels like you are being pushed back when you are jumping. Scooby controls ok i would say though which is strange because they both play identically. The boss fights are either piss easy or unfairly frustrating. The final boss being the worst of it with it;s terrible final form of the Phantom Virus. The level design also is just crash bandicoot but remove all the complexity and challenge of it. The game just copies and pastes enemies in hallways a lot, and the platforms are the most basic platforming you can find. I do find that the game picks up though in the last few worlds in the game, but by that point the game is already almost over. So yeah, maybe a decent kid's game, but nothing special. If you are a huge Scooby fan, or have seen the movie and haven't played this, then you might get something out of it. However, there's better ps1 platformers out there for you.

So here's the thing. to me, this isn't one of the worst video games ever made. It's not even the worst sonic game either for me as well. Yes, the game is a buggy mess, the loading screens are horrible, the controls don't feel anywhere as fluid as the adventure games, and the story has some dumb moments. Mostly in Sonic's story. With that said however, i find some things i do indeed enjoy too. Everything having to do with Shadow, and Silver's story are the best part of the story for me. I also consider Mephiles to be the best villain we ever saw in a sonic game. The level design honestly feels like a natural evolution of both adventure games and is genuinely good. It's a shame this game turned out the way that it did, because i think it would have been a good game if finished. If you played the Sonic fan game, Project 06, it shows that Sonic 06 isn't a fundamentally broken game. And **** can be still seen potential in just the design itself, I don't think the game should be anywhere near other games like Busby 3D or Superman 64. So yeah, not a good game by any means, but just a disappointing game due to the unfinished state it came out in.

Sonic lost world is it least ok. Its by all means not a bad sonic game sonic is not as fast as generations or colors but he is a little fast. The story is so so for me its better than sonic generations story. The graphics are the best thing about this game it is SO gorgeous. Level design is decent . The music is good as always the sky road theme is my favorite. And the controls are difficult at first but you will get used to it. Im giving it a 7.
