absolutely adored the first 3 /4's of series one , then it slowly went downhill. The second series is just ridiculous. ranging from ridiculous scenes to poor acting. needless to say i wont be watching it.

I was a fan and I'm really disappointed IMO it's lost it's way hugely in season four, the lead roles have turned from having strong screen presence to almost tired over used caricatures, the plots lost its strength and shape, sad, but atm 4 me it seems like a series to many. .

sadly no living up to its early series one potential, in series 2 the plots get sillier as the weeks go by, really unfortunate thought this was going to be a really good series

series 3 keeps suits as fast a moving as an office drama could hope 2 be be, if it has a fault sometimes the retorts are parried with almost a artificial intensity and trying to balance the satirical with the political harshness of an backstabbing office fails, ALMOST. however enjoyable the suits is with its banter and all round sharpness it is what it is, enjoyable but great TV unfortunately not.

In general i'm a period serial fan, but this imo, is shockingly poor, terrible acting, cumberpatch, lol lives up to his name cold and boring the plot is just lacking, seems to be relying on the 'in house' anglophile vote from our distant cousins. sad really, relying on the gullible.

Well I read some other viewers reviews, bit the bullet and watched episodes 4 and 5, finally the shows catching the energy and tension that a news room drama should give, the seemingly gratuitous and irritatingly shallow one liners of the the first episodes are no more, the writings now quick and slick giving structure and depth to great story telling, The characters are also gaining depth and strength helping the actors develop and build. If this improvement keeps up it's gonna be one great series.
