With inferno patch the whole inventory system got really bad - unstable, laggy, functions removed and so on. Nothing in comparision to the system that was used before. CCP continues the way they started with Incarna-Update - stop doing what the community wants and redoing the game in a way they think it would bring some casual gamers. Since then they released some patches to fix the major problems, but one month after release it has not went better. Last minipatch yesterday removed unique graphics for the better minmatar-ships. Maybe the next feature of "unified eve", after "unified inventory" and "unified journal".

if you liked morrowind you will love skyrim, its a real elder scrolls again after the not quite good oblivion, new engine, good quests and a allround good feeling, really a masterpiece

one of the rare 4x games, started as beta and patched to a real good game until now, if you like real time strategy on a galactic scale, developing planets, building spaceships, fights, ... all modable and active developers - you should give it a try

new features and meanwhile only a few bugs left, performance is still not perfect, but much better than in hoi3 and semper fi good enough if it's reduced e.g. -50% on steam

its just fun to play it for some hours, open world, esp. if you like the 2d and a not too serious multiplayer gaming, reminds me in a good way of the old days ;)
