A movie is only as good as its story and despite how well it’s made, well directed can only be great if the story is relatable and universal and inspiring. On my second viewing since it didn’t age well with me after the first view, I realized that this is a movie that despite its best efforts glorify anarchy, illegal activities in a practical political scenario that’s present today. Despite the best efforts of PTA, his leftist agenda comes emerging in the story. On the positives, Sean Penn is fantastic and deserves an Oscar for his performance while Chase Infiniti is amazing as the daughter. Leonardo DiCaprio is as good as always but personally not his best at the level of Departed, Reverent or Wolf of Wall Street. Not sure why they spent $130m on this as this could have easily done at a budget of $75m or less because it’s not action driven but 99% social political drama movie. Hollywood would love this and lap it up thanks to the leftist propaganda aligning with Hollywood values but for a general moviegoer this may not be as interesting as it forgoes emotional depth and neutral story telling in lie of promoting forced political propaganda which unfortunately is a problem nowadays in movies.

This was just brilliant. Brad Pitt is so natural and in his zone. The movie is fast and exhilarating and just pure magic with mesmerizing shot after the other and it’s funny too. This is a typical old school summer blockbuster that only should be seen in the biggest theater / screen

This is a movie purely for the musical lovers and no one else. The romantic story between Elphaba and Fiyero is not done entertaining way or focused too much. No excitement and typical Wizard of Oz good vs evil action. No memorable songs like Greatest Showman was. So unless you are a pure musical lover then this film is not for you.

Epic, fantastic and just amazing movie going experience with breathtaking visuals and battles and acting performances!!!! The Dark Knight like awe inspiring movie going experience!!!

After a long time a fantastic thrilling unexpected movie that truly keeps you at edge of seat.

Maybe I missed something here who haven’t played the game. But while it started well the final act wasn’t thrilling with no real horror. Horror movies and not much scary these days but they can thrilling which wasn’t the case here. So average for me

Emotional, thrilling and haunting Conjuring 2 retains best of part 1 and adds a stronger and horrifying villain for Warrens to battle. James Wan at it’s best.

A more entertaining, thrilling sequel compared to first movie driven by strong performances of leads and some good improved jump scares.

It’s almost unheard when a franchise first starts off in such a remarkable brilliant manner!!! Few movies that come to mind is The Matrix, Batman Begins, Dune, Terminator etc. and quite remarkably The Batman from Matt Reeves is a masterpiece from its first go that it’s almost scary to think how they can follow up on this movie. Thankfully it’s a question for later on to think about and looking at present without spoiling anything can simply say The Batman is pure brilliance. This doesn’t rely lot in action but on story building. That’s what sets this version apart from equally brilliant Batman Begins. A must watch in big screen preferably in IMAX. Run to see this as soon as possible.

A phenomenal cinematic achievement!!! This is one of those rare movies that going to a theater elevates the experience to great level!!! Never have I ever felt an immersive experience going to a cinema hall and having the screen and sound elevate the movie experience like this since James Cameron’s Avatar. Must watch but only in theaters.

Absolutely blast of a movie!!! So much fun and this is the best summer movie ever!!!

This is a very different movie from previous. While appreciating the different approach and villain, it is a far less superior outing compared to first two Conjuring movies in the hand of master James Wan. The jump scares are too evident and bit if let down. The start is off to a bang and despite moments of greatness and chemistry of actors this falls short of previous great conjuring main movies.

Amazing superman movie,while it could have done with a little bit of light touch still its the superman movie I always wanted. The action was the highlight and man that was amazing.love it,I hope they will continue to give strong action packed movies like this maybe next time with a bit more heart & soul so that it would be perfect.
